Is the housekeeping agency reliable?

Household registration is related to buying a house and children going to school. Especially in a city with a large foreign population like Guangzhou, there are more and more people with household needs, and a number of intermediary agencies have emerged. So are these institutions reliable?

Previously, the Zengcheng District Government of Guangzhou announced the list of 40 applicants who provided false materials to apply for talents to enter Guangzhou. 40 applicants and intermediaries cheated, were disqualified from applying for talents, and were pulled into the "blacklist" of the talent introduction credit information system, and were not allowed to apply for talents for five years. From the certificates and appraisal materials provided by these people, the relevant departments found that the information they submitted was incomplete, their majors and titles were irrelevant to their previous or current jobs, and they concentrated on reporting in a short time, providing a large number of similar certificates in a short time, and so on. These are the consequences of the agency's improper measures. Below, we will analyze the routine operation and classic cases of this institution in detail.

First, the daily operation of the organization.

1. Find someone with the same name and surname and forge a degree certificate. Shang xuexin Com, because the old version only has information such as name, gender, school and degree certificate number. Once the old certification report with the same name and gender is obtained through illegal channels, and the degree certificate is forged on this basis, there is the possibility of "confusing the fake with the real", while in the new version, there are more unique directional information such as birth date and QR code.

2. Fictitious facts, advocating that since the establishment of the company, it has successfully applied for Guangzhou household registration for many foreign household registration personnel.

3, publicity is not limited to academic qualifications, not limited to the original household registration, the whole family enters Guangzhou through train, can not do it without charge, through the payment to participate in training, to obtain relevant qualification certificates.

4. For those who do not meet the requirements of talents and want to settle down as soon as possible through points, they promise to settle down in February-March. But the fact is that not all settlement methods can be handled in February-March. Talent introduction is relatively fast, as long as the conditions and qualifications are complete, it can be handled in about 1-3 months; As for the settlement of the points, the time has also been determined. Apply in July every year, and the results will be given in June 5438+February. As for whether you can settle down, you are not sure. Whether you can apply depends on the government's policies and the number of applicants. You can't believe the so-called February and March. This kind of organization promises customers at will mainly in order to retain customers.

Second, the agent was cheated.

Example 1

15 years ago, Mr. Wang, who had only a junior high school education, came to Guangzhou alone from his hometown in a remote mountainous area of Sichuan. Mr. Wang has worked hard in Guangzhou for many years, married and had children, bought a house and a car, and also runs a small processing factory. But because there is no local hukou, Mr. Wang has never found a sense of belonging.

On 20 15, 1 1, Mr. Wang came across a small advertisement for entering Guangzhou, with the slogan "No education, no original household registration, no through train for the whole family, no charge". He immediately called for advice, and the salesman skillfully recommended the package business of "skills into Guangzhou" to Mr. Wang, who was dubious after listening. The next morning, a woman who claimed to be the marketing manager of a network technology company in Guangzhou called Mr. Wang, saying that the company could help foreign household registration personnel enter Guangzhou and assured him that if they failed, they could get a full refund. Mr. Wang immediately made an appointment with the marketing manager for an interview with the company. On the afternoon of the third day, Mr. Wang arrived as promised. A man who claimed to be a professional domestic consultant received Mr. Wang. He first introduced the expensive furniture in the office to show the strength of the company, and then introduced the household process of "personal tailor": step one, sign up for a week-long vocational skills training in the e-business college under the company, and promised to be able to cope with the exam after class. Step two, sign up for the senior buyer qualification exam. The company promised to prepare answers for candidates, and said that as long as you write your name on the test paper, you can pass the exam. The third step is to pass the vocational skill qualification examination, and the company will act as an agent in Guangzhou.

At the request of the company, Mr. Wang paid 88,800 yuan and signed a skills training contract and a door-to-door assistance contract with the company. On the spot, the consultant promised to help Mr. Wang registered permanent residence within 6 months. Subsequently, Mr. Wang participated in the skills training class organized by the company, and he was still at a loss after a lot of effort. In the examination room, Mr. Wang thought he could copy the standard answers, but he was kicked out of the examination room by the invigilator. Feeling cheated, Mr. Wang went to the company to discuss and ask for a refund. The marketing manager immediately turned against him and called several employees to kick Mr. Wang out of the company.

Example 2

Ms. Ye from other provinces looks sad. She didn't graduate from primary school, but she didn't get a Guangzhou hukou because of academic restrictions and other reasons. Her two-year-old child can only attend private high-priced kindergartens next year. Just when I was in a hurry, a small card was stuffed at the door. On the small card, the advertisement "Entering Guangzhou, 30,000 ordinary families 12 successfully entered the household" instantly attracted Ms. Ye's attention. The next morning, Ms. Ye found the company according to the instructions on the small card. After listening to Ms. Ye's story, the salesman patted his chest and said that he would help her. Confused and confused, Ms. Ye obediently signed two contracts, one for training and the other for helping households. She paid a total of 48,800 yuan, participated in four trainings held in a hotel, and went to the examination room with the "small note" given to her by the salesman. After getting the test paper, Ms. Ye was dumbfounded. 90% of the answers are not in the note! Found cheated, Ms. Ye rushed to the agency to ask for a refund. The salesman who received her was unhurried, and slowly took out two contracts signed by Ms. Ye before, pointing to the terms of the contracts, and said to her, "You see clearly, the entrusted training is 44,000 yuan, the counseling 1800 yuan, the examination agent 1000 yuan and the domestic helper is 2,000 yuan. You took part in the training and examination, and we also helped you with counseling. The only thing you didn't do was to do it at home. If you want to retreat, you will return the 2000 Yuan You collected to the residents! " After that, the salesman raised his finger from the terms of the contract. Later, Ms. Ye learned that Mr. Yang from Chongqing paid 80,000 yuan for the couple to go to see the house together, and Ms. Lin from Jieyang, Guangdong paid 128800 for having two more children, all of which were cheated by the intermediary ... What's more, some of the victims were flesh and blood.

Example 3

"No education? Over age? You can apply for quick entry to Shenzhen, "professional entry, stay in Shenzhen for 45 days" and "social security payment" ... This is an advertisement that a young couple received in the street. On the evening of July 8, the woman received the advertisement and scanned the WeChat QR code on the list without looking closely. It happened that the woman's lover was transferred to Shenzhen to work, and she was trying to transfer her hukou from her hometown, so she wanted to scan the code and consult related matters. After asking the basic information, the intermediary said that it met the requirements of entering the household, and it was enough to pay an intermediary service fee of 3,500 yuan. He also said that as long as the information is complete, it can be done in 15 days at the earliest, and you can transfer money through WeChat. The other party also sent a screenshot of the previous successful case, saying that the customer got the Shenzhen ID card on 15. When the reporter asked the agent whether he signed the agreement and whether there was an invoice for the payment, the other party said that there was an agreement and a receipt would be issued, but there was no invoice. When asked if he could issue relevant certificates, the customer service sent a screenshot of an education information consulting company in Guangzhou on the national enterprise credit information publicity system. Upon inquiry, the business scope of the consulting company does not include the business of introducing agents to households, and its Shenzhen branch shows that it has been cancelled. More ironically, official website, Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, did not find this agency in the list of talent introduction agencies released on April 18.
