What does it mean that the winter rain is hazy and the cold is as thick as spring?

Answer-mode-is an onomatopoeic word that describes the sound of wind, rain, snow or fallen leaves; Hazy-the night is blurred and the line of sight is blurred [the sound of snow falling on the mountain in winter is like rain]

I can't see anything clearly in the mountains. If I go to enjoy the cool, the whole mountain will be like spring.
