Li, associate professor, mainly studies judicial principles, legal profession, rights theory and China legal system. The main representative works are Legal Professionalism, Between Taiwan independence Molecules and Legal Persons: A Sociological Study of Politics in Taiwan Province Province, Immorality: Dilemma and Transcendence of Modern Legal Professional Ethics, Nature and Determinism of Law: Research on Labor Rights from the Perspective of Regulation, Beyond Weber's Proposition: China's Legal System from the Perspective of Historical Geography, etc. He presided over a national social science fund project, was the main writer and organizer of several major national social science research projects and major research projects of the Ministry of Education, and also presided over and participated in more than ten provincial and ministerial projects. He has written and co-authored eight academic monographs and textbooks. He has published more than ten academic papers in core journals such as Legal Studies, China Law, Chinese and Foreign Law and Law. Many papers were reprinted in full by Xinhua Digest, NPC Copy Materials and other media. He won the second prize of Shanghai Excellent Social Science Achievement twice. In 2009, the doctoral thesis "Beyond Legal Professionalization" won the nomination award of 100 excellent papers in China.
