In order to ensure the "openness, fairness and justice" of the bidding activities, all participants must abide by the following work disciplines:
1) Members of the bid evaluation committee shall conscientiously implement the work discipline of the bid evaluation committee and shall not leave the bid evaluation site without reason. During bid evaluation, bid evaluation information shall not be transmitted to bidders in any way.
2) The purchaser's representative shall consciously abide by the government procurement regulations and shall not interfere in bid evaluation activities.
3) The bidder's representative shall not contact the members of the bid evaluation committee, the purchaser's representative and the site staff privately in any way.
4) The supervision team shall earnestly perform their duties and shall not leave the bid evaluation site without reason. If the procurement site personnel have irregular behaviors, they should stop them in time, but they should not interfere with the bid evaluation.
5) On-site staff should conscientiously do a good job in the organization, coordination and logistics service of the bidding site.
