Production technology of Baowu iron and steel hot continuous rolling

It is produced by heating outside the furnace.

Hot continuous rolling is a method to produce steel. Continuous casting slab or initial rolling slab is used as raw material, heated by walking beam heating furnace, dephosphorized by high pressure water, and then enters roughing mill. The rough rolled material enters the finishing mill after cutting the head and tail, and is rolled by computer. After finishing rolling, it is produced by laminar cooling.
