Handa expressway is an important part of the "three verticals, two horizontals and one ring" expressway network planned by Handan City, which has been included in the planning of expressway network in Hebei Province. The main line of the route is 72.6 kilometers long, and it is built according to the standard of two-way six-lane expressway, with the design speed of120 km/h. At the same time, six connecting lines of Handan, Linzhang, Cheng 'an, Guangping, wei county and Daming will be built, with a total length of 69 kilometers. The total investment of the project is about 7.8 billion yuan.
Railway route planning
Handan-Dalian Expressway starts from the west of Zhonglangbao Village in Cheng 'an County, and connects with Handan, the planned Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, around the southeast ring of the city. The route is routed to the southeast along the existing provincial highway Handa Line, turns east after crossing the front line of county road Cao in Beiyukou Village, passes through the south of Cheng 'an County, Tuancheng, Beiganluo, Caizhuang and Nanqugao, sets Wei Line in the south of Jizhizhai Village, turns to the southeast through the route of Weixian North and Wangcunji, and passes through Xidian. After crossing Zhanghe flood discharge area and provincial highway, the route turns east. After bypassing the planning area of Daming Fu ancient city ruins in the north, it continuously crosses the Weihe River flood discharge area and the national highway 106 in the south of Jintan Town, enters Shandong Province in the south of Beishawomiao Village, and connects with the planned Shandong section of Qinglan Expressway. The total length of the route is 72.038 kilometers. The main control points are Zhonglangbao, the south of Cheng 'an County, Zhanghedian, the north of wei county, Xidian, the north of daming county, the north gate and Jintan Town.
Expressway of Handa University is built according to the standard of two-way six-lane expressway, with the subgrade width of 34.5 meters and the design load of bridges and culverts as a first-class highway. Subgrade earthwork is 9.202 million m3, including extra large bridge 8740m/2, large bridge 480m /2, medium and small bridge 504m/65,438+07, 82 culverts and 7 interchanges, including Handa Hub, Daguang Hub, Cheng 'an, Guangping, wei county, Daming North and Daming East. In addition, there are two service areas in the south of Shengying in Guangping and Daming Jintan Town, and two maintenance work areas in Cheng 'an and Daming North Interchange Toll Station, with 1 management office, 92 passages, 50 km /4 tie lines and 1 monitoring center. The estimated total investment of the project is 7.665 billion yuan. The project is scheduled to start construction at the end of 20 10, with an estimated construction period of 3 years.
