How to detect AIDS

Question 1: There are several ways to detect AIDS. At present, China uses three detection methods:

The first type: wait for the test results when going to the hospital for testing (it is best to go to the local 3A hospital).

The second type: private self-inspection, self-inspection with test paper in Tmall or J Building (Ivy DPP and other products), and the results can be obtained in 20 minutes at the earliest.

The third type: professional institutions send samples for inspection, collect samples at home and send them to professional testing institutions for testing, and then query the results through the network; Such as: Ivy Saliva Collector 1+ 1 Joint Inspection Service (including saliva test and urine test), sunrise results of 3-7 working days.

Question 2: What are the three detection methods for HIV: blood, urine and saliva? At present, all major online shopping platforms have A W saliva AIDS collectors, which can test for 30 minutes and get results.

Question 3: There are several ways to check whether you are infected with AIDS. At present, there are three commonly used methods for AIDS testing. First, PA method is relatively rare, accurate and expensive, and is generally used in provincial and municipal centers for disease control and prevention.

Second, the enzyme-linked method is the most used, with the same accuracy and the highest permeability as the PA method.

Thirdly, the gold standard method is also widely used, and its accuracy is slightly lower than the above two methods. Its advantage is that it can get the result quickly, generally 15~30 minutes.

If you suspect that you are infected with AIDS, under the current medical conditions, it is meaningful to do the first test at least 3-4 weeks later.

Based on one or two detection methods, the time and probability of detection after infection are as follows:

1 week: 22.6%.

The probability of antibody detection within two weeks: 53.775%

After 3 weeks, the detection probability of antibody was 84. 1%.

The detection probability of antibody within 4 weeks: 98.4%

The probability of antibody detection within 5 weeks: 99.45%

The probability of antibody detection within 6 weeks: 99.994%

The detection probability of antibody within 7 weeks: 99.99986%

The probability of antibody detection after 8 weeks: 99.79%.

The detection probability of the third method is also slightly lower than that of the first two methods.

But in fact, among the ordinary people tested by the first two methods, only a few people in the country were recorded and turned positive again after four weeks of testing.

There are only one or two cases in China and few cases in the world.

It was negative after 8 weeks, then turned positive, and it never appeared.

Question 4: How and when can I find the initial symptoms of AIDS? Where to detect HIV from infection to detection is generally three months later (the longest window period has been avoided, and the longest window period in some places is two and a half months). So after your last dangerous contact, you can put it off for about 3 months. Because the longest window period is avoided, the representative results detected at this time are quite high. Excluding human factors and false positives, the accuracy is close to 100%. You can go to the local CDC or a hospital with the qualification of AIDS screening laboratory for testing, but the hospital testing is charged, and the CDC is completely free. So I suggest you go to the local CDC for testing. All hospitals are sent to the local CDC for re-examination after testing positive, so it is best to go to the CDC for testing at the beginning. VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Testing) of CDC can guarantee personal privacy, and the test results are not known to the outside world, so it is a good choice to ensure the quality of testing and free testing. (However, the reporting speed of test results here is not as fast as that of hospitals, so it is not known whether hospitals use rapid tests. )

By the way, the current symptoms can't be AIDS. It takes at least 8- 10 years from infection to onset (people in poor health may be as short as 5 years), so it can't be AIDS. In the early stage of HIV infection, the symptoms are similar to those of general virus infection and cold, but quite a few people are asymptomatic after HIV infection. In the onset period (about 8- 10 years later), the common symptoms are swollen lymph nodes, easy to get tuberculosis and long-term low-grade diarrhea.

At present, you'd better see a sexology department. The symptoms of Escherichia coli infection are peculiar smell in feces and increased secretion. Judging from the symptoms described, it may be a mixed infection or a fungal infection! If there are many white secretions in the morning, or even "live" (the urethral orifice is blocked by secretions), it is likely to be accompanied by gonococcal infection (gonorrhea).

That's all!
