(4) The ex-factory price is more than 1.50 yuan/package, and the annual production and sales volume is more than 60,000 boxes;

Chapter III Measures for the Administration of Famous and Famous Tobacco Article 7 Provincial bureaus (companies) shall report and recommend brands that meet the requirements of Article 4 or Article 5 of Chapter II to the State Bureau (head office). 4. If it is difficult for the enterprise to add the annual production plan of the brand or complete the annual production plan of the brand that has been issued, it shall submit a brief written report to the production scheduling department before the end of June of that year.
