5. Requirements for household vehicles: No motor vehicles (except disabled scooters, motorcycles and battery cars) are allowed under the names of the family members; Vehicles that have been identified by the traffic control department as exceeding the retirement age are not included in the family car; Motor vehicles for the disabled include motor vehicles equipped with assistive devices for the disabled or with license plates with the prefix "black ACQ" and "black ACJ";

6. Article 7 An application for public rental housing shall meet the following conditions:
