1. Application for company change registration signed by the legal representative (with the official seal of the company);

2. The company signed the capital contribution of shareholders in the List of Change Registration of Limited Liability Companies (official seal of the company);

3. The certificate of designated representative or authorized agent signed by the company (official seal of the company) and a copy of the identity certificate of designated representative or authorized agent; The handling matters, authority and authorization period of the designated representative or entrusted agent shall be indicated;

4. Where a shareholder transfers its equity to a person other than the shareholder, it shall submit the documents approved by more than half of the other shareholders; Or the shareholders' meeting agrees to the resolution of equity transfer; Or if other shareholders fail to reply within 30 days after receiving the notice, submit the written notice and opinions issued by the shareholder to be transferred to other shareholders on the transfer;

If there are other provisions on equity transfer in the articles of association, such provisions shall prevail (if foreign capital is converted into domestic capital, a resolution of the original authority of the foreign-capital enterprise agreeing to transfer shares shall be submitted), and the materials are not needed for the transfer of equity between shareholders;

6. Equity transfer agreement or equity delivery certificate signed by shareholders of both parties. Where there are other provisions on equity transfer in the articles of association, such provisions shall prevail;

7. A copy of the qualification certificate of the new shareholder or the identity certificate of the natural person; ?

8. Resolution (decision) on amending the Articles of Association and the amended Articles of Association or amendments to the Articles of Association (signed by the legal representative of the company);

9. If the laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions require approval for the change of shareholders, submit the relevant approval documents or a copy of the license certificate (if the share transfer involves the transfer of foreign capital to domestic capital, submit the approval documents of the foreign trade and economic cooperation department);

10. Original and copy of the company's business license.
