The freight qualification certificate must be stamped every year, and the freight qualification certificate needs to be reviewed once a year. According to Article 37 of Chapter III of the Regulations on the Administration of Road Transport Employees: "The credit assessment and scoring assessment period of road transport employees is 12 months". Therefore, the integrity assessment of the certificate is once a year (that is, the usual verification).
For road transport drivers who have obtained the qualification certificate 12 months, the credit assessment shall be based on the scoring system, with a period of 12 months. Road transport drivers who score less than 20 points within 20 days after the expiration of the credit assessment period shall, by virtue of their professional qualification certificates, endorse the credit assessment level at the administrative examination and approval department of the Transportation Management Office (the window of the Transportation Management Office of the Municipal Administrative Service Center) and affix the special seal for the credit assessment of road transport drivers.
