Template of commodity survey report I. Survey background

In order to promote the source reduction of domestic waste and the full recovery of resources, on February 8, 2009, 65438+, Beijing Municipal Appearance Management Committee issued "Beijing Municipal Domestic Waste? Zero abandonment? The pilot management measures (for trial implementation) requires party and government organs, schools, shopping malls, hotels, parks, farmers' markets, resorts, residential quarters and other places to actively carry out domestic waste? Zero abandonment? In the management pilot, the pilot units should take effective measures to avoid and reduce the generation of garbage from the source, properly sort and recycle the generated garbage, improve the rate of garbage reduction and recycling, and finally achieve the goal of avoiding reduction and making the best use of it, and realize garbage? Zero abandonment? Target.

In daily life, disposable goods can be seen everywhere. The flood of disposable goods has produced a lot of garbage, which has brought great pressure to garbage disposal and also hindered garbage? Zero abandonment? Therefore, it is of great significance to achieve the goal and minimize the use of disposable goods. In order to understand the current use of disposable goods, 201065438+1From October 22nd to February 5th, Sina Public Welfare and Beijing Global Village Environmental Education Center jointly launched? Use of disposable goods? Online survey, at the same time, Beijing Global Village organized volunteers to conduct offline survey at the 20 1 0 Asian Art Fair held in the International Trade Exhibition Hall from June 29th to February.

Second, the analysis of the survey results

There were 2295 online questionnaires in this survey, and 23 1 valid questionnaires were received in offline survey. Although the sample size of offline survey is only about 10% of that of online survey, it can complement online survey.

After statistics, it is found that there are some differences between the results of online questionnaire and offline questionnaire. Generally speaking, the frequency of use of most disposable goods in offline surveys is higher than that in online surveys, especially napkins, bottled water and drinks. The main reason for this situation is that in the offline survey, when the respondents are unclear about some questions, volunteers can explain them. If there are contradictory results in the questionnaire, volunteers will ask the reasons, such as some in? What disposable goods have you used in the past week? No choice? Napkins? , and in? How many napkins do you use every day? You have no choice? No need? At this time, the respondent will be asked to fill in again. Finally, when counting offline questionnaires, if there are still contradictory questionnaires, they will not be used.

Another advantage of offline survey is that the process of doing questionnaire is also a kind of environmental protection propaganda. Some interviewees feel embarrassed when they use too much disposable goods in the questionnaire. Some people say that they can only eat lunch boxes at noon, so they should use disposable lunch boxes and chopsticks every noon, but they don't want to use them. So volunteers introduced how to avoid using disposable chopsticks as much as possible. They can prepare a pair of chopsticks in the office, or carry a pair with them and wrap them in handkerchiefs, so that they can use napkins. Of course, there are also some respondents who are concerned about environmental protection. The two gentlemen said that they don't use napkins and always carry handkerchiefs with them. Some respondents expressed their willingness to be our volunteers.

Third, actively reduce the use of disposable goods.

"Beijing's domestic garbage? Zero abandonment? "Management Standard for Pilot Units (Trial)" stipulates that pilot units should choose simple packaged products and large packaged goods when purchasing, so as to reduce and avoid purchasing over-packaged and over-packaged goods. Party and government organs and schools participating in the pilot do not provide disposable fast food boxes, disposable chopsticks and disposable water cups. Pilot hotels, hotels and resorts do not provide disposable toiletries such as disposable toothbrushes and disposable razors, and the dining areas of pilot shopping malls, hotels, hotels, parks and resorts do not provide them free of charge.

In 2002, Procter & Gamble established its first joint venture in China-Guangzhou Procter & Gamble Co., Ltd. Since then, Procter & Gamble has occupied the commodity market in China with rapid development advantages, and its pace is definitely to make some old brand goods in China unprepared and forced to fade out of the market. At present, there are no more than three commodity companies that can pose a certain threat to Procter & Gamble, 1 and Unilever. 2. Johnson As far as the products of these two companies can compete for the market share of P&G products in the market, the influence of other commodity companies can be ignored.

Here I try to analyze the reasons for the success of P&G:

1. It's time to enter the China market.

The year of * * happened to be the initial stage of reform and opening up, and it was also the initial stage of urban development. The rapid development of industry and cities began in the 1990s, which brought huge business opportunities to Procter & Gamble. Procter & Gamble aims to enter China at this time, which is also an opportunity that the China government can give it the greatest support and the least resistance.

Second, the advantages of science and technology and talents.

P&G headquarters was established in 1837, and it has been 169 years. It has great advantages in science and technology, product history, sales experience and talent reserve. Procter & gamble has its own scientific research institutions all over the world, attracting scientific research talents from all over the world. All centers share information, compete with each other for scientific research results and improve the overall level. And hire professional experts as technical consultants to guide. Researchers are responsible for studying different formulas suitable for local climate, human skin, consumption power and favorite smells. Instead of using a formula on a global scale. Even if occasionally other companies develop new products and technologies. P&G can also clone the same formula and launch new products in a month or less, so as not to let competitors pull away the sales. The company owns more than 29,000 patents. It can be seen that the scientific research team is strong.

Third, professional market planning.

At present, there is no major in marketing planning in domestic universities, and marketing only includes marketing planning. Moreover, some domestic enterprises do not have market planning departments. Generally, the department manager or director decides the development direction of the company. In foreign countries, the marketing planning department is an extremely important department. The marketing planning department is responsible for collecting all kinds of information, and after analysis, guiding the company's future development direction, development goals and annual market prices of various budgeted products. , which is equivalent to controlling the lifeblood of the company.
