What do I need to apply for a real estate license?

Because your question is not clear whether to apply for the real estate license in a first-hand house or a second-hand house, I will apply for the real estate license in two aspects:

First: handle the first-hand house (generally handled by the developer himself). If you are single, you need a single certificate, a copy of the household registration book, an ID card, and then the sales contract and deed tax invoice of the developer, as well as the real estate registration statement stamped by the developer. Then if you are a husband and wife, you need a marriage certificate, a copy of the book, an ID card and something provided by the developer (it says, so I won't repeat it here)

Second: If it is a second-hand house, you need the second-hand house evaluation report, the original property, a copy of the land certificate, business, deed tax invoice, ID cards of the buyer and the seller, a copy, marriage/single certificate, sales contract, and the property registration form of the trading center (the list may be different in each place, please consult the local trading center for details).
