Lay a good discipline foundation and guarantee for future study and work. Second, the construction of class cadres is a tedious and time-consuming work. How to manage classes and students well, a team of class cadres with high quality and strong ability will be the right-hand man of the class teacher. To this end, I use military training time to read students' files carefully and observe students' behavior carefully through various activities of military training. Then, students with strong working ability and strong sense of responsibility are selected as class committees through self-recommendation and competition, and then they talk to each class Committee separately to analyze the current situation and the principle of social employment, and encourage them not only to do their jobs well, but also to make academic achievements. Third, strict system to make the class progress smoothly, we must rely on sound rules and regulations. Without sound rules and regulations, class management will be chaotic and unconvincing. Therefore, at the beginning of the semester, I made supplementary rules according to the actual situation of the whole class, the rules and regulations of the school and the code for middle school students. Such as: "dormitory leader responsibility system", "indoor monitor responsibility system", "achievement reward, achievement progress reward" and other detailed rules. By studying these rules, students can know what to do and what not to do, and encourage everyone to check and supervise each other when implementing the rules and regulations. In daily life, class teachers and class cadres must obey the rules and discipline, strictly implement them, and investigate violations. Fourth, the learning method is very good to guide junior high school, and the score of senior high school entrance examination is also very high. Why do scores drop or even fall far behind after high school? There are two main reasons: first, it is not suitable for high school learning methods. Because the difficulty of many subjects in high school has suddenly increased, especially for girls. Second, I have been admitted to senior high school. I think there are still three years left, and I want to relax. For the first case, when studying law, we should first set the students' goals, and at the same time pay attention to the students' psychology, and set the goals according to "you can pick peaches in one jump". To this end, I have a deep understanding of students' psychological needs, personality and practical ability. Students at different levels have different psychological needs. Underachievers are eager to have the opportunity to perform, excellent students hope to hear the good news of success in their struggle, and ordinary students hope that their little progress will attract the attention of teachers. Encourage more introverted students and more extroverted students. In the second case, we should be good at observation, do a good job in personal ideological work in time, let them recover as soon as possible and devote themselves to study.
