I 1995, after graduation in July, was assigned to work in Hebei Power Construction No.1 Company, and worked in Xibaipo Power Plant, Hengshui Power Plant, Hanfeng Power Plant and Shijiazhuang Dongfang Thermal Power Plant No.2 Plant successively, mainly engaged in electrical installation.

1August, 1995 to1September, 1996, I was assigned to the coal conveying class at the electrical site. This time is my internship. Mainly familiar with the procedures and steps of electrical construction of coal conveying system in power plant, and master the basic electrical installation methods. 1From August to September, 1995, I conducted electrical maintenance and debugging on the dumper in the coal handling control room of Xibaipo Power Plant. 1From the first ten days of September, 1995 to February, 65438+, I followed the coal conveying class to Hengshui Power Plant to carry out the electrical installation of the coal conveying system, and completed the cable laying, electrical equipment installation and electrical debugging of the coal conveying trestle, coal bunker and transfer station, from which I learned a lot of valuable experience. Through the training of these two projects, I have completed the transformation from students to workers and from theory to practice, which has laid a good practical foundation for my technical work of electrical installation in the future.

1From May to September, 1996, I attended English training in Xibaipo Base. The purpose of English training in our company is for Hanfeng project, because Hanfeng project is a foreign-related project. As far as this project is concerned, our company needs a large number of technicians who know technology, majors and foreign languages. Therefore, during the training period, I studied hard, focusing on practicing listening and dialogue to prepare for the Hanfeng project.

In June, 5438+1996 10, I was sent by the construction site to the temporary construction design team of Hanfeng site to design the construction capacity of Hanfeng site. During this period, I have designed the construction power supply plan of Hanfeng site and the power supply plan of living area. 1April, 1997, I came to the team from the design team. In more than a year, I have worked out electrical construction measures for cranes and electrical disassembly instructions for large cranes, participated in the electrical construction of more than a dozen cranes such as 60T portal crane, 60T portal crane and DBQ4000TM tower crane, and independently undertook the electrical debugging of all cranes on site. In addition, I have installed 8 box-type transformers and 6 power distribution cabinets successively, formulated technical measures for high-voltage ring network, low-voltage power supply and temporary cable laying on the construction site, and completed the layout of power supply network on the construction site, laying a good foundation for the smooth development of Hanfeng project.

1August, 998, I was rated as an assistant engineer, and the electrical installation task of Hanfeng project officially started. I began to participate in the construction organization design of electrical specialty. Among them, I have worked out the grounding construction scheme of the whole plant, the installation scheme of low-voltage transformer and PC cabinet, the installation scheme of medium-voltage cabinet and the storage scheme of foreign motors. 65438+1February, 998, I was appointed as the duty technician of the steam turbine plant by the construction site, responsible for the installation technology of electrical equipment for grounding, low-voltage power center, steam turbine room, circulating water system and fire water system of the whole plant. The grounding of the whole plant is the first electrical installation work that I entered into Hanfeng Project on site. Therefore, I carefully reviewed the drawings, read the grounding design instructions of the whole plant, and compiled the technical measures and grounding work instructions for grounding construction of the whole plant. The grounding design of Hanfeng Power Plant is different from the domestic design, which requires bare copper stranded wire as the grounding wire, which is quite different from the previous domestic design using galvanized flat steel as the grounding wire. Therefore, the welding method of grounding wire is different. The grounding wire welding of Hanfeng Power Plant adopts a new technology, which abandons the original welding and adopts the cement welding. The ground wire joint welded with fire mud is smooth in appearance and full in filling. The popularization and use of fireclay welding greatly reduces the labor intensity of construction personnel and improves the construction technology. While ensuring the construction progress, strictly control the quality. During the ground wire construction of booster station, we used a batch of welding powder imported from abroad to weld the ground wire joint, which was not full and the two joints were not completely fused. I immediately contacted Hanfeng's preparation office and Siemens, and confirmed that there were quality problems in this batch of welding powder after actual testing with representatives of Siemens, so that a batch of qualified welding powder arrived at Hanfeng's site by air, ensuring the construction quality and the economic interests of our company.

With the continuous advancement of Hanfeng project, I feel more and more that the domestic specifications, standards and drawing design methods are different from those of European specifications and IEC standards, and the company has also discovered this. Therefore, the company organizes technicians to learn and train KKS coding rules, European professional standards and foreign drawings. As an electrical technician, I also participated in the training. After training, I have mastered the similarities and differences of electrical construction standards at home and abroad, and I am familiar with the design habits of KKS coding system and foreign electrical drawings.

Because I am mainly responsible for the electrical technical work of this class in the steam turbine factory, my focus is mainly on the installation of electrical equipment in the low-voltage power center and steam turbine room. Low-voltage auxiliary dry-type transformer, low-voltage auxiliary switchboard and lighting screen are mainly installed in low-voltage power center. These equipment are provided by foreign parties, which are different from domestic equipment and have different installation methods. I looked at the route and construction environment of Lucky Panel in advance, and made technical measures for transportation and installation of low-voltage transformers and PC cabinets according to the actual situation on site, and then carried out construction under the guidance of these measures. A problem found in the construction is that the zero-sequence current transformer in the PC cabinet is behind the PEN bus, that is, the neutral line of the low-voltage transformer is grounded first and then passes through the zero-sequence current transformer. This is different from our previous design. In the past, the neutral line design of low-voltage transformer in China was grounded after passing through zero-sequence current transformer. This design method of Siemens is different, and the operators of Hanfeng Power Plant have also asked. I explained to them that the grounding resistance value of the whole plant is less than 0. 1? As long as there is a ground fault, the ground fault current is very large, and the air switch or fuse in the line can cut off the fault circuit. There is no practical significance to install zero sequence current transformer here. Later, in order to confirm my idea and give a satisfactory answer to the power plant operator, I sent a contact sheet to Siemens asking about it. Siemens replied: This zero-sequence current transformer is meaningless and was added at the request of the design institute. Through this incident, I not only exercised my ability to analyze and solve problems, but also improved my theoretical knowledge and practical level.

For the cable laying in the factory in my area, we should make overall consideration, proceed from the overall situation, try to avoid cable crossing, lay cables according to the actual situation on site, and strictly control the quality. In addition, I also independently undertook the electrical debugging of cabinets in high-pressure section and low-pressure section of circulating water, completed the debugging of 22 high-pressure panels and 20 low-pressure panels, and also undertook the debugging of all control boxes below MCC panel, such as the rotary filter control cabinet in circulating water pump room. For the sake of confidentiality, the manufacturer only gave the wiring diagram, not the schematic diagram. I can only check and calibrate the wiring bit by bit, which took three days. Find out the wiring of the whole filter control cabinet and draw the electrical diagram, then make clear the operation steps and procedures from the electrical diagram, and then carry out the trial operation. After the trial run, I will explain these operation steps and processes to the operators of Hanfeng Power Plant and instruct them how to operate. In addition, due to design reasons, there are some problems in the distribution lines of 9 electric doors of the comprehensive water pump house in Hanfeng site, and the equipment cannot operate normally. So I carefully checked the drawings and made circuit changes according to the actual situation on site. The changed circuit completely meets the normal operation of the equipment.

The electric hoist in the main workshop area of Hanfeng Power Plant is provided by Shanghai Kony Company. This kind of electric hoist is different from domestic one. It is an intelligent product controlled by microcomputer, and it needs to input data for debugging before use. # 1 machine is debugged by the manufacturer, and I cooperate with the technical personnel of the manufacturer. During the period, I humbly asked the factory staff for advice, and soon mastered the debugging method of this electric hoist. So I don't want them to debug the electric hoist of #2 machine, but I will finish the debugging. In this way, I saved the debugging cost for the company and created some economic benefits.

200 1 1, I was transferred from the workers' shift in the steam turbine factory to the electrical debugging class as an electrical debugging technician. I am mainly responsible for the technical work of electrical debugging in Hanfeng Power Plant. In half a year's time, I have completed the debugging of the primary fan, secondary fan, induced draft fan, blower, coal mill and other electrical systems on the boiler side of Unit #2, and the debugging of the oil pump, electric feed pump, condensate pump, final set pump and circulating pump on the turbine side, and cooperated with the debugging team and the Electric Power Research Institute to complete the debugging of #2 main transformer, factory transformer, PT cabinet and high-voltage cabinet. Under the leadership of the company's commissioning team, the electrical commissioning team successfully completed the operation of 168 hours, making due contributions to the smooth handover of #2 unit.

While doing a good job in the technical field, I also realized the file package system according to the company's requirements. According to the site requirements, I have established five file packages, namely, the installation file package of grounding device in the whole plant, the installation file package of electrical equipment in the main plant, the installation file package of electrical equipment in the water supply system, the installation file package of electrical equipment in the whole plant and the installation file package of electrical equipment in the auxiliary system. I timely sorted out the blue prints.the design of construction drawings, related construction technical records, trial operation records and various technical record forms required by various units' projects, and made them in strict accordance with the requirements of quality management system documents, and successfully passed the internal audit and external audit.

2001June 5438+00 Due to work needs, I entered the expansion project site of Beijiao Power Plant and presided over the technical work of electrical installation. Because the drawings of the northern suburb project are not in place, there are many units involved in the construction. Site preparation (e.g. electrical parts of 3000t/m crane), site power supply and workshop grounding must be completed according to the overall progress of the project. In this process, I contacted the design institute, representatives of manufacturers and construction units many times, and solved many practical technical problems, so that the work was completed on time. In the stage of construction organization design, we completed the compilation of construction organization design by using previous experience and cooperation among colleagues, learned a lot of knowledge about thermal control installation, and expanded our knowledge.

In many years of technical work, we should be thoroughly familiar with construction specifications and technical standards and apply them flexibly to the project. We must constantly learn professional knowledge and professional related knowledge and improve our professional level, so as to keep up with the pace of the times, meet the needs of the construction of automatic units and make better contributions to Hebei Electric Power!
