The mechanical part of the baffle flow switch is safely isolated from the electronic part, and there is no bellows that is easy to cause failure. Moreover, its electrical components are not in direct contact with metal components with large temperature difference, which can effectively avoid corrosion caused by condensed water generated by electrical components, and its disconnection and reset flow is small.
Baffle flow switch can be widely used in industrial automation, mechanical equipment, air compression industry, refrigeration and air conditioning field, mainly used in laser equipment cooling system, water-cooled welding machine, electric furnace, vacuum coating machine, polysilicon ingot furnace and so on.

It can replace any form of target flow switch, avoid false flow caused by cavitation of water pump compared with target flow switch, and have accurate reset flow and disconnection flow.
It can be widely used for water flow control and monitoring of large, medium and small air-cooled or water-cooled chillers using plate heat exchangers, sleeve heat exchangers and shell-and-tube heat exchangers as pumps and water filters.
