In an interview, Cao Yang, the managing partner of the national A-share main board business, expressed his views on the difficulty of listing small and medium-sized enterprises in the North Stock Exchange.
Cao Yang believes that from the listing conditions of the North Exchange, the requirements for market value, profit and revenue are relatively low, and the core point is standardization. On the one hand, the status of small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively weak, and they need to have high responsiveness and service awareness when facing customers, which may sometimes sacrifice some standardization in operation. On the other hand, it is still very expensive for enterprises to establish a set of standardized systems, such as the collection and collation of business information, the integration of business systems and financial systems, the employment of qualified financial personnel, and the impact of taxes and fees on the entire business environment. For large enterprises, these may be easy to bear, but for small enterprises, it is actually a very large cost. From the perspective of promoting the listing of small and medium-sized enterprises, we suggest that small and medium-sized enterprises should consider the overall environment on the one hand and reduce operating costs on the other. At present, from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation, reducing internal operating costs is an ideal choice.
