The reporter learned from Maoming City Public Security Bureau and Industry and Commerce Bureau that the household registration book, ID card, driver's license and business license of the original residents in Maogang District and Dianbai County are still valid within the validity period of the certificate, and the relevant departments do not require a unified replacement.
(1) Household registration book and ID card:
After the establishment of Dianbai District, the household registration management policy remains unchanged and is implemented in accordance with the relevant household registration management policies of the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial Public Security Department.
1. The household registration book and ID card within the validity period are still valid, and the public security organ does not require a unified replacement.
2. If the contents of the household registration book need to be changed due to business such as household registration transfer, the public security organ shall also register and indicate the new address on the "address change registration" page in the book, and continue to use it after affixing the special seal for new household registration management.
3. Damaged or lost replacement residence booklet and the first application, damaged or lost replacement ID card are made according to the name of the new administrative division, and fees are charged according to the relevant policies and regulations of the state.
4. The citizen's ID number is unique and will remain unchanged for life. After the establishment of Dianbai District, the ID card number originally used by citizens remains unchanged.
(2) Motor vehicle driver's license, driving license and registration certificate:
1. After the establishment of Dianbai District, the motor vehicle driver's license, driving license and registration certificate within the validity period are still valid, and the public security organ does not require a unified replacement.
2. If it is necessary to issue a new license when handling other vehicle management business, it shall be handled according to the new administrative division name. Fees are charged according to the relevant provisions of the state.
(3) Business license for industry and commerce:
The business license issued by the former Dianbai County Administration for Industry and Commerce and Maogang Branch of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce will continue to be used effectively, and the industrial and commercial department will not force the renewal of the business license. Where an enterprise (citizen) changes its business license, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change, apply to the quality supervision department for the change of organization code certificate, and apply to the tax registration authority for the change of tax registration. The industrial and commercial and tax authorities will not charge fees according to the relevant provisions of the state for the time being.
