Having the following consulting service achievements: as an independent or main consultant, signing consulting service contracts with the governments of at least/kloc-0 projects of the National PPP Integrated Information Platform Project Library (hereinafter referred to as the project library), providing PPP consulting services substantially, and the projects have entered the stage of preparation, procurement, implementation or handover;
3. Relevant information of consulting institutions has been entered into the project library;
4. In the past two years, there has been no unauthorized 10 behavior of making false propaganda, soliciting and undertaking business in the name of the Ministry of Finance or PPP Center.
