The annual inspection materials of the company mainly review the following contents:
(a) whether the company uses the company name in accordance with the provisions, and whether it has gone through the name change registration in accordance with the provisions;
(2) Whether the company's change of domicile is registered in accordance with regulations;
(3) If the company changes its legal representative, whether it has gone through the change registration in accordance with the regulations;
(4) Whether there is any falsehood in the registered capital of the company; Whether the shareholders and promoters pay their capital contributions in accordance with the regulations, and whether they withdraw their capital contributions;
(five) whether the license and approval documents of the business items in the business scope that belong to the administrative license before the enterprise registration have been revoked, revoked or expired; Whether the business activities are within the registered business scope;
(six) whether the shareholders and promoters transfer their shares in accordance with the provisions of the registration of change;
(seven) whether the term of operation expires;
(8) Whether the Company has gone through the filing procedures in accordance with the provisions when amending the Articles of Association or replacing directors, supervisors and managers;
(nine) whether the establishment of the branch has gone through the filing procedures in accordance with the provisions, and whether the branch has been revoked, ordered to close down or revoked its business license according to law;
(10) After the company enters the liquidation procedure, whether the liquidation group has gone through the filing procedures in accordance with the regulations;
(eleven) whether the natural person invests in the establishment of a number of one-person limited liability companies.
The annual inspection materials of non-corporate enterprises as legal persons mainly review the following contents:
(a) whether the enterprise uses the enterprise name in accordance with the provisions, and whether it has gone through the registration of name change in accordance with the provisions;
(two) whether the enterprise changes its domicile and business premises in accordance with the provisions of the change registration;
(three) whether the change of the legal representative of the enterprise is registered in accordance with the provisions;
(four) whether the enterprise has changed its economic nature in accordance with the provisions of the change registration;
(five) whether the license and approval documents of the business items in the business scope that belong to the administrative license before the enterprise registration have been revoked, revoked or expired; Whether the business activities of the enterprise are within the registered business scope;
(6) Whether there is any act of withdrawing or transferring the registered capital;
(seven) whether the term of operation expires;
(eight) whether the establishment and cancellation of branches are registered for change in accordance with the provisions;
(nine) whether the competent department has gone through the filing procedures in accordance with the provisions;
(10) Whether the articles of association of the enterprise are revised.
The annual inspection materials of unincorporated branches and other business units of enterprises mainly review the following contents:
(a) whether the name is used in accordance with the provisions, and whether the name change registration is handled in accordance with the provisions;
(two) whether the change of business premises is registered in accordance with the provisions;
(three) whether the change of the person in charge is registered in accordance with the provisions;
(four) whether the license and approval documents of the business items in the business scope that belong to the administrative license before the enterprise registration have been revoked, revoked or expired; Whether the business activities are within the registered business scope;
(five) whether the changes of the subordinate institutions of other institutions are registered in accordance with the provisions.
