Tianshui Railway Station is a station on the Longhai Railway, which shoulders the task of getting on and off a large number of tourists every year. Under the jurisdiction of lanzhou railway administration, it is now a first-class station.
The development of history
Tianshui River Railway Station started construction in 34 years (1945) and was completed and opened to traffic in 37 years (1948). It was the last railway station built by the government of the Republic of China on the mainland at that time, and it was also the westernmost railway station.
Tianshui Railway Station was built mainly to complete the construction of the Longhai Line proposed by Dr. Sun Yat-sen in his industrial plan. Dr. Sun Yat-sen's plan to build the Longhai Line to the west of Tianshui, but the railway to the west was not built because the National Government was in jeopardy in 1948 (one year after the People's Liberation Army entered Tianshui, that is,1August 949).
1In August, 949, the railway station was taken over by the People's Liberation Army. 1952, rebuilt and opened to traffic.
1984 was electrified,/kloc-0 was completed and put into use in June 1989, and/kloc-0 was upgraded to a first-class station in February 1990. The building area is 3,800 square meters, and the actual completed area is 56 14 square meters. The new station building faces Maiji District (formerly known as Beidaobu) and has an offline structure. In order to cooperate with urban planning, asymmetric buildings are adopted and a bell tower with a height of 48 meters is set up.
