The cumulative payment time of housing rental subsidies shall not exceed 36 months.
If the subsidy payment is unsuccessful due to the loss of the applicant's social security card, inaccurate information, inactive financial account, etc., the human resources department of the payment area will notify the applicant to complete the work of replacing the card, correcting the information, activating the financial account, etc. In time, continue to send it next quarter. If it cannot be paid for two consecutive quarters, the subsidy will be stopped.
