The college has 80 classes and nearly 460 faculty members. Among the 205 teachers, there are 6 associate professors, 5 graduate students, 5 foreign teachers 15, 5 national excellent teachers, 5 special teachers, 45 provincial and municipal excellent teachers, 3 senior titles11, and 2 intermediate titles 102. More than 60% of teachers have won prizes at or above the municipal level in professional teaching activities. The college now has pre-school, primary school, middle school and undergraduate department under construction, and has established an educational science research institute and a study abroad consulting service center.
