The synchronous coordination of user experience, cost specification and engineering benefit involves various subtle trade-offs. Domestic project cost is not only an economic account, but also a psychological war.
Second, more real-time and adaptive BIM algorithms always rely on human input.
The essence of BIM computing is the digitization of engineering experience, which can help people simplify most of the workload. Just like sipping BIM, it provides the whole process of project cost solutions by providing measurement and pricing software products in all aspects such as estimation, budgetary estimate, budget, settlement and final accounts, which is widely praised by users because of its humanized experience.
Nevertheless, the BIM mode of actual engineering practice can not be realized at present, and the progress and accuracy of digitalization of engineering experience still need people's understanding of the project.
Just like other professions, with the emergence of new technologies, the workload of cost engineers will not decrease, but will only shift. Cost makers will never disappear.
