How to distinguish handmade violins from factory violins, and what is the price of ordinary handmade violins in the market?

I think it's identity.

1。 Look at the wood, the panel is spruce, and the texture should be even and straight. The wood rays on the back plate should be straight. The pattern of the backboard is only beautiful, and it is not the beauty of arts and sciences that affects the sound quality. The important thing is to look at the timbre. Listening is believing. And a good material, the pianist is reluctant to put it in a hot-pressing mold to press it out.

2。 Look at the edge of the piano, because most of the pianos in the factory use hot-pressing molds to suppress the deformation of the wood grain on the edge of the piano, so some hand-made pianos generally see that the wood grain is round like a relief from the inlay to the edge of the piano, while the pianos in the factory are due to production relations. Can't achieve this effect.

3. Look at the piano head. The exquisite craftsmanship of the piano head shows that the piano is largely hand-made. First of all, the piano head should be symmetrical, carved cleanly, and the details should be accurate, such as the beginning of a comma and the gap between the piano heads. If the piano head is someone's head, lion's head, faucet, horse's head. It's probably a handmade piano. The factory is not so boring.

4. Look at the accessories, the so-called good horse with a good saddle.

A real handmade piano should be made by the same pianist from beginning to end. Ensure coordination. Some pianos refer to handmade pianos. But one person makes the panel and one person makes the backboard. However, it was then spliced together. So it is semi-manual.

The handmade piano I bought will go to the piano workshop, where the piano was made. The average handmade piano costs more than 3000. My fingers are so tired ~
