Five, professional and technical work experience (ability) conditions
After obtaining the qualification of senior engineer, one of the following conditions shall be met:
(a) presided over the completion of provincial (ministerial) level science and technology projects, key projects 1 or city (hall) level science and technology projects, key projects 2 main participants;
(2) Presided over or as the main editor, participated in the preparation of more than 1 national technical standards, regulations and specifications or more than 2 industrial and local technical standards, regulations and specifications, which were examined and approved by the relevant competent departments and promulgated for implementation;
(three) presided over the development, design, introduction, test and digestion demonstration of two or more new technologies, new materials, new products and new processes, and passed the acceptance or appraisal of the competent departments at or above the provincial level, and were popularized, and achieved remarkable economic or social benefits;
(four) presided over the preparation and implementation of the technical transformation, planning, design, production technical scheme and technical feasibility demonstration report of major projects approved by the provincial (ministerial) level, and achieved remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits through acceptance.
Conditions of performance results of intransitive verbs
After obtaining the qualification of senior engineer, two of the following conditions shall be met:
(a) presided over the national science and technology projects or key projects, and made significant technical contributions in the project implementation (subject to the acceptance materials);
(two) won the provincial (ministerial) level science and technology award second prize 1 or third prize more than 2 (subject to the award certificate, the number of places is fixed);
(3) There are more than two second prizes of science and technology established by industry associations and societies authorized by the state (subject to the award certificate and limited personnel);
(four) more than three national invention patents, two of which have been transformed and achieved remarkable results (subject to the patent certificate and the transformation benefit certificate);
(5) Having one of the following conditions:
1. presided over more than 2 technical tasks such as R&D, planning, survey, design, construction and production of major scientific research and engineering projects in the province, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits, which were appraised or accepted by the competent business departments at or above the provincial level (with appraisal or acceptance materials attached);
2. Presided over the development, design, introduction, experiment and demonstration of new technologies, new materials, new products and new processes at the provincial (ministerial) level, solved major technical problems, made remarkable achievements and made outstanding contributions, and the key technologies reached the domestic leading level, and were appraised or accepted by the competent business department at the same level (with appraisal or acceptance materials attached).
VII. Conditions of Papers and Works
After obtaining the qualification of senior engineer, one of the following conditions shall be met:
(a) independent or as the main author (top three) published version 1 professional works (monograph 65438+ more than ten thousand words, co-authored more than 200 thousand words);
(2) publishing more than 2 professional papers in core journals independently or as the first author, or publishing more than 3 professional papers in publicly published academic journals (core journals are not less than 1), or 2 professional papers exchanged in national and international academic and technical exchanges, and publishing more than 1 in core journals;
(three) presided over the completion of the planning and feasibility study of major projects at or above the provincial level, wrote more than four high-level special technical analysis reports, feasibility study reports or planning reports, solved complex and difficult technical problems, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits through the organization and demonstration of the project authorities.
VIII. Exceptions
For those who do not have the required academic qualifications, meet the requirements of the required service life, or have the required academic qualifications, meet the service life of more than 2 years, and have made outstanding contributions, and meet two of the following conditions, they can make an exception to declare:
(a) won the second prize of national science and technology in this major 1 or above (the top five are subject to the award certificate);
(two) won the provincial (ministerial) level science and technology progress award first prize 1 or second prize more than 2 (the top 3 are subject to the award certificate);
(3) Independent publication of monograph 1 department with high academic value (not less than10.5 million words), and publication of more than 4 professional papers in core journals.

(2) Provincial (ministerial) level: province refers to the administrative divisions of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, excluding areas enjoying sub-provincial treatment; Ministry refers to the ministries, commissions and administrative agencies in the State Council. Projects under this condition are divided into major projects, key projects and general projects, which will be clearly stated in the project task book; The classification of contract projects shall refer to the technical standards, norms and regulations of relevant industries, and be implemented according to their considerable scale and technical complexity, and shall be filed and registered in the competent department.
(5) Presided over, the person in charge of the project (including the person in charge of design, construction and project) refers to the person who is responsible for the overall work of the project, puts forward and determines the overall design scheme of the project, prepares the work outline, organizes professional and technical personnel to complete tasks and solve key technical and difficult problems, coordinates the work of various professions, determines the overall progress plan, undertakes the main work in the project and writes the general report on the results; The main completion person refers to the person who undertakes the main or key work in the project, or solves the key technical problems, or the person in charge of the branch professional technology.
(six) the main personnel refer to the top 5 national tasks and the top 3 provincial tasks.
(7) Science and technology awards refer to all kinds of professional awards held by national or local governments, industry authorities or authorized industry associations, which are affirmation of outstanding achievements and innovations of professional and technical personnel in scientific research achievements and business work. Reward levels are divided into national, provincial and municipal levels.
(8) The national awards of this major refer to the awards issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology (5 sub-items), and the provincial (ministerial) awards refer to the awards issued by the Provincial Science and Technology Department, national ministries and commissions, and authorized academic organizations, such as the Provincial Natural Science Award, the Provincial Technological Invention Award, the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Provincial Agricultural Extension Award, the Provincial Mountain Entrepreneurship Award, the Dayu Award, the Anji Cup, and the National Excellent Engineering Consulting Award.
(9) A publicly published work refers to a work with an international standard book number; Core journals refer to the journals related to this major included in the "paper collection database"; Publicly published academic journals refer to official academic journals with ISSN and CN numbers published in China with the approval of the Press and Publication Administration. Academic journals do not include supplements, special issues, special issues, albums and papers; Core journals refer to the journals included in the Overview of China Core Journals compiled by Peking University.
