What is quality tourism?

First of all, it is clear that honest tourism is not high-end tourism, and it is not completely equivalent to quality tourism. It is a tourism brand built for the confusion of traditional routes, a tourism without intentional deception, and it is for the public. The value of tourism is mainly spiritual feelings, and material requirements are not the main factors affecting the quality of tourism. Integrity tourism takes information transparency as the basic principle, and the material arrangement depends on the needs of tourists.

Tourism has six elements, namely, eating, living, traveling, traveling, shopping and entertainment. The "People's Tourism Integrity Tourism Standard" (hereinafter referred to as the standard) formulated by our integrity alliance is composed of these six elements. Although there are many sub-projects, as long as we grasp the principles of these six elements, we can gain the trust and praise of tourists and the dignity of the industry will rise day by day.

We set standards to stop setting traps for tourists; Put an end to information opacity and asymmetry; Put an end to tourists being deceived without knowing it.

First, the standard of eating:

1, the food and beverage expenses are not deducted, the weight is stable, and eating is not a problem.

2. Clear standards; Define different standard menus for tourists to choose from. Can't be perfunctory with simple eight dishes and one soup; Dining standards can be high or low, with different standards, different prices and clear menus.

3, the color of the dishes is reasonable: the standard of the regular group: eight dishes and one soup, at least four leeks, and eggs are among the vegetarian dishes. Meat and vegetables must account for more than half.

4. Restaurant selection: Try to choose a clean and hygienic environment and a warm and thoughtful service attitude. On the website of the travel agency, the menu can be introduced with photos of the restaurant. The restaurant is basically fixed, and the relationship with the travel agency will be good. Once the tourists think that the weight is not enough, the general range of adding dishes is one meat and one vegetable, which is settled by the tour guide and the restaurant through consultation, and tourists are not required to pay.

5. Features: Diet is a kind of culture, and it is also something worth feeling in tourism. Every place will have its own special diet, promote food, let tourists taste the special diet, and even become a consumption trap. Regarding the special catering in tourist destinations, the characteristics and prices should be explained in advance in the remarks in the itinerary.

Second, the standard of living.

At present, the main complaint about accommodation is opaque information. Many travel itineraries use ambiguous and specious terms, which make it impossible for tourists to defend their rights. For example, quasi-Samsung, or the same level and so on. Make tourists confused. As for the geographical location and the old and new degree that affect the mood of tourists, there is basically no mention.

1. Clear standards: The accommodation standards for people who travel in good faith can be high or low. The language of the information should be clear, and the name, location and standard of the hotel should be clearly stated.

2. Comprehensive information: Determine hotels with different standards for tourists to choose from. The geographical location of each hotel, its supporting service facilities and the surrounding entertainment venues are all factors that cause the price difference, so that tourists can understand that the price is consistent with the relevant supporting facilities.

3. Hotel selection: commonly used hotels should be accompanied by relevant photos: location, lobby, room, etc.

Third, the standard of the line.

Line refers to the traffic in tourism activities.

1. Large flow: The flow between the departure point and the destination is relatively fair and stable. Pay attention to the hard seat, hard berth, soft berth, air conditioning and flight time of the train.

2, small traffic: refers to the coach, integrity tourism is not allowed, we must ensure that drivers are given enough fares, so that their contributions should be reasonably reflected. If this is satisfied, the operation problem will be basically solved. Never be a team with low fares and zero fares. Drivers and car owners don't have to rely on "gambling" to join the group. The driver fully cooperated with the tour guide.

3. Driver requirements: actively cooperate with the tour guide, be punctual, and wait for people when gathering; Tourists are not allowed to wait for the bus unless they are in busy areas and no parking places. When the weather is hot, turn on the air conditioner in advance. Drivers are not allowed to smoke whether there are tourists or not in the car. Unless you travel long distances, try not to refuel when there are tourists, which wastes tourists' time. The relevant preparatory work must be done well in advance.

4. Vehicle appearance requirements: the appearance of the vehicle is clean and tidy, and photos are required for commonly used models. Sanitation should be cleaned once a day. The tour guide in the car is fully equipped, at least with a microphone.

Fourth, travel standards.

1, no low-price competition: prevent the trip from being empty and put an end to entering the scenic spots with high rebates and low quality.

2. High gold content in the itinerary: The itinerary arranged by Integrity Tourism is the most local tourist attraction, allowing tourists to fully experience the local customs and natural scenery. Integrity tourism starts from humanization, and does not consider that tourists will be rejected because of high quotations, but designs the most valuable routes for tourists.

Take the two-day tour of Shangri-La from Lijiang as an example, the honest route is very different from the regular route. The first bay of the Yangtze River is of great ornamental value, but the routine trip is only arranged at the distance of 13 km, which has no effect at all. In the journey of honesty, tourists will not only be taken to the nearest place to visit, but also be taken to a suitable place to climb and enjoy the panoramic view of the first bay of the Yangtze River.

Songzanlin Temple, which is not in the regular itinerary, is also a must-see attraction for honest tourism. It is the largest Tibetan Buddhist temple in Yunnan, and it is well worth visiting.

Another example is the arrangement of scenic spots in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. At present, many teams only go to Tian Zi instead of Yuan Jiajie. The scenery of Yuanjiajie is the most distinctive in the whole forest park. There is no difference between tickets here, it's just a matter of time. Because in the regular itinerary, we have to spare some time to arrange shopping and self-funded projects, so we will compress the itinerary so that tourists from afar can't enjoy the most worthwhile scenery at all.

3. Reasonable arrangement and sufficient tour time: The itinerary of honest travel must be reasonable, and the tour time should be sufficient, so that tourists can enjoy themselves.

V. Procurement Standards

At present, the biggest trap of tourism is the fixed-point shopping. There must be one of the three characteristics of inferior quality, fake quality and fake price. Anything mixed with the so-called fixed-point shopping now is cheating. Integrity tourism resolutely puts an end to the traditional fixed-point shopping. If this is eliminated, the integrity will be guaranteed to be more than half.

However, since shopping is the six elements of tourism, it is reasonable to exist. Integrity tourism regards shopping as a service and provides it to tourists, not as its main source of profit. This is a brand-new definition of quality tourism in tourism shopping.

1, good things, good shops, authentic products: a tour guide who travels in good faith can introduce local high-quality specialties to tourists when traveling with a group. However, after the trip, interested tourists will be led by a tour guide or go to an open, fair and just shopping place by themselves, and the price and quality are guaranteed. Honest shopping is to let tourists buy goods that local people like and are willing to give away at the price that local people buy.

2. Strictly formulate a reasonable promotion commission ratio: it is normal for merchants to give promoters a little hard work from their profits when shopping under the premise of ensuring the interests of tourists. The specific proportion is voluntary by the merchants. As long as the shopping principle does not sacrifice the interests of tourists and provides a fair shopping environment for tourists, the commission will naturally be adjusted to an appropriate proportion.

3. Shopping will never affect the normal tour: on the premise of ensuring quality and price, why not arrange shopping during the trip? In this regard, integrity tourism has its own explanation. The main purpose of tourism is tourism, and some tourists are not even interested in shopping. If shopping is arranged during the trip, those who are not interested in shopping will waste their time in boring waiting, which is unfair. Integrity tourism is to be as fair as possible.

Sixth, entertainment standards.

Entertainment, explained from another angle, is the arrangement of self-funded projects.

Quality tourism regulations, tour guides can recommend self-funded projects, but there are three principles:

1. Self-funded activities are not recommended for daytime trips, because tourists in the same car will have different reactions to the same activity. Maybe some events are worth taking part in, such as horseback riding and rafting, but it is unfair and wrong for those who don't take part in it to wait by. Of course, if you come to the tourism team of the same unit, some projects are not completely impossible after asking your advice. For some basic selected projects, such as mountaineering ropeway, directly into the itinerary, don't let tourists have differences because of choosing such projects.

2. For some self-funded projects with fair content but high price, the tour guide can recommend them, but they should not be over-recommended or exaggerated. If they offend tourists, they are not allowed. For the problem of high price, integrity tourism will adopt a method acceptable to both parties. Participating in this kind of self-funded tourists will get a gift as compensation, or give coupons to reduce the burden on tourists.

3. Recommend truly valuable entertainment projects: Entertainment projects are often strongly supported and packaged by local governments with strong local characteristics. In tourism activities, it is very important to come to a place and fully experience the local customs and culture, so it can be introduced to tourists in a healthy and sincere way for them to choose freely.

Seven, the standard of tour guides:

After all the material conditions are determined, it is the tour guide, the soul of the tourism industry, that really makes honest tourism come true.

A tour guide who travels in good faith must have a reasonable reflection of his contribution. According to the current situation of the industry, it is impossible to pay a fixed salary to tour guides. It is suggested that the value of tour guides should be reflected in the form of high subsidies. The specific subsidy standards will vary from place to place according to the income situation and will be adjusted by the market.

1. Accept the concept of honest tourism: pay attention to the training and management of tour guides and choose tour guides with both ability and political integrity. He must understand and accept the concept of honest tourism, and at the same time become a propagandist of honest tourism.

2. Strictly implement the travel agency's itinerary: tour guides who travel in good faith must strictly implement the travel agency's itinerary and must not deliberately deceive tourists in various ways to earn undue extra income. Integrity tourism does not completely prevent tour guides from earning extra income, such as recommending performances, food, self-funded projects, or shopping, but it must be within the scope allowed by the travel agency.
