Since ancient times, the law has not been solitary, and idiots want to be empty.
I can know your beauty, all in the mountains and rivers.
Lu You Appreciation advocates that writers should go out of their study, throw themselves into the embrace of nature, and investigate and study among the masses in order to get the real Buddhism. The importance of practice is emphasized. Indirect experience is a way for people to draw nutrition from books and learn the knowledge and skills of their predecessors. Direct experience is an understanding that comes directly from practice, and it is a more important way to acquire knowledge. Only by "practice" can we turn book knowledge into practical knowledge and play the guiding role of what we have learned in practice.
Lu You (1125—1210) is the author's brief introduction. Han nationality, a native of Yinshan, Yuezhou (now Shaoxing, Zhejiang), was a famous poet in the Southern Song Dynasty.
