Work objectives:

Work items:

First, improve the school's website and form a website system with rich functions.

The school website is an electronic platform for school education and teaching. At present, the school has three websites, namely, Shanghai Xinyang Middle School website, Shanghai Xinyang Middle School Party Building website and the school network intelligent office system. Among them, the website of Shanghai Xinyang Middle School is mainly responsible for the school's external publicity, the Party Building Network is a platform for teachers and activists in party member to learn and communicate, and the school network intelligent office system is an internal office automation platform. In order to make the campus network better serve the school's work and gradually realize the informationization of school management and office work, the Information Department will optimize the layout and functions of the three websites again this semester, remove some repetitive functions and sections, highlight the characteristics of each website, and form a website system with rich content and complete functions. The main updating objectives of each website this semester are:

1. Update the layout of the website promoted by the school, unify the tone of the website and adjust the layout. Add more content related to students. (Student Garden)

This summer, the first batch of 14 teachers who participated in the training successfully passed the examination of Shanghai Vocational Ability Appraisal Center and obtained the intermediate certificate of multimedia works producer.
