Applicants are required to submit the following materials:
1. Two registration forms for special equipment operators (stamped with the official seal of the employer) can be downloaded from the website of the Special Inspection Institute or obtained from the Association Training Center.
2. Original and photocopy of ID card (two copies are required).
3, 2 inch recent bareheaded front color photos with white background.
4. Copy of the highest academic certificate or 2 copies of academic certificate.

1, elevator operators must hold relevant certificates, and unlicensed personnel are strictly prohibited.
