Brief introduction of Zhang qisen

Zhang Qisen, male, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Transportation Engineering, Changsha University of Science and Technology, born in Huichang, Jiangxi Province,1June 939, graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Hunan University in June 65438 with a master's degree. He has served as deputy director of the Department of Civil Engineering and Road and Bridge in our school, director and chief engineer of the Institute of Road Design, assistant and vice president of the former president of Changsha Jiaotong University, chairman of Yucai-Brown Traffic Consulting and Supervision Co., Ltd., leader of the discipline of road and railway engineering in our school, director of the academic Committee of the key laboratory of the Ministry of Communications, professor of the Department of Civil Engineering, doctoral supervisor, director of the China Highway Society, vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Mechanics Society, and vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Highway Society. Senior member of American Asphalt Pavement Experts Association (AAPT), standing member of International Technical Committee of Roads and Airports, and member of International Asphalt Pavement Association (ISAT). As a senior visiting scholar, during the period of 1988- 1992, he served as a visiting researcher at the University of Nottingham, England, visited and studied at the University of New South Wales, Australia, and participated in various large-scale international academic conferences for more than ten times.
