Registered international psychological counselor (CIPC) has one of the following conditions:

1. College degree or above, majoring in psychology, education and medicine, and complete the training and counseling course of ACI spiritual counselor rules.

2. Have a bachelor's degree or above in other majors and complete the training and counseling course of ACI psychological counselor rules.

3. Obtain the third-class certificate of national psychological counselor and complete the training and counseling course of ACI psychological counselor rules.
