Therefore, the computer software qualification examination is not limited by education, age and major, and candidates can choose the corresponding qualification level according to their own technical level.
"System Integration Project Management Engineer" and "Information System project management division" exams are national exams jointly organized by the State Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which are not only professional qualification exams, but also professional title qualification exams. Those who pass the examination will be awarded the professional technical qualification (level) certificate of computer technology and software stamped by People's Republic of China (PRC), Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In order to further standardize the management of system integration enterprises and project managers, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will pass the examinations of "System Integration Project Management Engineer" and "Information System project management division" as one of the requirements for applying for the qualification of system integration project manager.
Qualified personnel who pass the examination can master the knowledge system of system integration project management; Ability to manage system integration projects; Be able to organize and formulate feasible project management plans as required; Be able to organize project implementation, monitor the project and make timely adjustments according to the actual situation, and systematically supervise the performance of the project implementation process to ensure that the project achieves the established project objectives under certain constraints; Ability to analyze and evaluate project management plans and results; Be able to manage project risks and formulate and implement risk response measures in a timely manner; Be able to coordinate relevant units and personnel involved in system integration projects; Have the practical working ability and professional level of engineers.
