The document has been in my own hands for three years. How to put it back in the talent center now?

If you have a registration card, you can put it back in the talent center.

Validity period of the Registration Certificate: generally, it is valid for two years, that is, it is valid for two years from the date of graduation. If it exceeds two years, it will be deemed as automatic waiver and invalidation. But in some places, you can report for duty in three years. It depends on local policies.

The state generally adopts three management methods for the unemployed files of college students after graduation:

The first is to transfer the files to the source of students and receive them by the personnel bureau of prefecture-level cities. This method is more suitable for graduates whose quasi-personnel files are prepared within the scope of students and graduates who don't want to work for the time being. The advantage is that it is simple and convenient to go through the formalities after the students are employed. The disadvantage is that if they leave the students for employment within two years, they need to go through the reassignment procedures again.

The second is to leave the files at school. After the implementation of the work unit, the accounts and files will be moved to the place where the work unit is located. If the application file has not been executed for more than two years, the school will move its file and account back to its place of origin, and the school will no longer issue employment registration cards for it.

This method is suitable for graduates who have employment aspirations but have not yet found employment. The advantage is that the school has high integrity, and there is no extra charge for keeping the household registration book and files on its behalf. The disadvantage is that the retention of graduates' files only extends the employment period, has no personnel affiliation with the school, and cannot issue certificates involving personnel relations.

The third is to transfer files to employment agencies or talent exchange centers. This method is more suitable for graduates who are preparing for postgraduate entrance examination, entrepreneurship and flexible employment. The advantage is that graduates can easily solve some practical problems. The disadvantage is that if graduates communicate with the guidance center relatively little, it is easy to cause poor information.

Extended data:

Personnel files are in their own hands. You can go to the talent exchange center to handle personnel relations, and the personnel files are managed by them.

If you are a college graduate, you can go through the employment registration formalities at the talent exchange center with the registration card, hook up the personnel relationship with the talent exchange center, and then establish and manage the personnel files. If you are a resigned person, you need to go through the file transfer formalities through your original work unit and transfer the file to the talent exchange center in the form of personnel file transfer.
