Families that have received the following housing subsidies may not apply for this plan:

1. Those who purchase residential buildings under the Home Ownership Scheme, Private Sector Participation Scheme, Melody Garden, Home Ownership Scheme Secondary Market Scheme, Housing Redevelopment Scheme, Tenants Purchase Scheme, Tenants Purchase Scheme or any housing subsidy scheme of the Housing Society, or those who have obtained loans or subsidies under the Home Purchase Loan Scheme and the Home Subsidy Loan Scheme and their spouses are not allowed to apply again.

2. Anyone who has bought and sold a house, or who has obtained a loan or subsidy under the Home Purchase Loan Scheme or the Home Purchase Subsidy Loan Scheme and repaid the loan, neither himself nor his spouse may apply for buying a house again.

3. Anyone who is compensated by the government according to the price of HOS and chooses to arrange his own residence due to the demolition of Kowloon City Village, and the family members listed in the relevant demolition registration form, are not allowed to apply.
