Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter V Admission Rules

Eighth colleges and universities enrollment work under the unified leadership of the provincial admissions office. Admissions strictly abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the admissions offices of all provinces (cities, autonomous regions), and adhere to the principle of all-round development, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Article 9 Candidates are admitted in a unified way by filling in their volunteers. Those who reach the admission scores of their provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and fill in our hospital as the first choice will be given priority. In the case that the first volunteer is not fully recorded, the next volunteer candidate will be admitted from high score to low score, and so on. If the candidate's reported major is not accepted, he can be transferred to a major or other major that is not fully recorded and close to volunteering.

Tenth investment and adjustment ratio: provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions outside parallel volunteer, according to the provincial recruitment from high scores to low scores. Parallel volunteer, a province, city and autonomous region, is implemented according to the admissions department of the province where the students come from.

Eleventh admission takes the form of online remote admission, giving priority and full respect to the professional volunteers reported by the first volunteer candidates.

Fifteenth candidates who meet the care conditions of their provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions will be recognized by our college, and will be given priority under the condition that the total score of the college entrance examination is equal.

Sixteenth all enrollment majors in our college will not be tested separately.

Chapter VI Charging Standards

Seventeenth colleges should strictly implement the charging items and standards approved by the competent price department of Shaanxi Province.

Fees: the tuition fee for each major in the Department of Economic Management is 6800 yuan/year/student, and the tuition fee for each major in the Department of Information Engineering, the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, the Department of Digital Media and the Department of Culture and Education is 7800 yuan/year/student.

Article 18 According to the national scholarship policy for ordinary colleges and universities, there are national scholarships (8,000 yuan/year/student), national inspirational scholarships (5,000 yuan/year/student) and scholarships (scholarships are awarded according to performance).

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
