Easy-to-implement third-order Z24 graduation review

When the first stage entered the 6.0 practice, I gave up on purpose because the third stage had to be concentrated for 90 days. This is the most serious investment in the two years of easy efficiency practice, but I dare say the money is well spent!

Maybe my friends understand a little.

The first order is about the establishment of personal time management system and the basis of learning time management.

The second order emphasizes concentration and information arrangement, supported by evernote, which enhances reflection, information, space and vitality.

Thirdly, the management of effectiveness team emphasizes "Ming Dow, excellent skills, sharp tools and joint efforts" to improve organizational effectiveness.

Now there is a fourth-order learning, which is about business efficiency and high-level thinking of enterprise managers.

I participated in the third-order 24-phase study in Shenzhen at the end of March, hoping that this study can help my management work improve efficiency, make the team cooperate more efficiently and stimulate the incentive potential.

Today, 7 14, we graduated! We are honored that our 14 group is the champion of excellent group! And the top three personal points (excluding the class Committee) are in our 14 group! I personally won the third place in the points.

That's all for now. Let's get down to business.

This 90-day harvest is too much, please allow me to condense it into six points:

When I first saw the map running, I thought it was a board game, which was very interesting, thanks to the designer Liu Yunxia. Look carefully, it's all the hard work of the coach to design the curriculum for us.

There is a saying that frogs fall from the sky. The frog (the key thing) to eat every day is extracted step by step from the aerial photography system (the visual target). So at the beginning, let's first understand and clarify the 50,000-meter altitude system. Then deeply understand the communication management of the organization, the output after communication depends on the knowledge base management, how to realize multi-platform 4A management in the knowledge base, how to communicate with the outside world, the landing of project and system management, and finally the World Coffee, so as to enhance the development of thinking and chatting from the perspective of the world.

This practice map has been looming in my mind since it was issued, giving me the direction, thought and hope of practice.

I have to praise the third-order management thinking, from practicing the theme step by step in 90 days to the tips meeting every week, with high-quality coaches explaining and demonstrating, president summarizing, homework commenting and answering questions on the spot, and finally refining to group management, and everyone punching in gold data every day. Integrated molding, interlocking and automatic management.

One idea I conveyed in practice benefited me a lot-we were attracted by tools at first, so we "came from tools", and then after we deeply understood and mastered tools, we began to play with tools, so-called "walking into tools".

So what is the bridge between the two countries? It's thinking.

In the third stage, we focused on several tools for teamwork and communication, including Cloud House, Golden Data, teambition and Nutrilite Cloud. Every link combines the landing of tools, but what is more powerful is efficient thinking.

For example, I think the most interesting gold data, through the basic version, "click and search" the basic function of gold data, at first did not know what to do, just looked at the inherent template, saw the scene displayed by the template, and then scrutinized and verified the settings behind it, combined with their own needs, and imagined how to use it in work and life. Furthermore, in the prompt session, the coach will demonstrate the powerful data interaction function of gold data, such as completing the whole process of ordering, ordering quotation, ordering review, ordering payment and ordering feedback online, which is realized directly through the setting of gold data without manual promotion, ensuring fairness and efficiency. The customer experience will also be better.

Of course, these functions can be completely realized through software development, but at this time, you find that if there is no thinking and thinking integration in the whole process, you can't even tell the requirements and ideas of software development clearly, and you are stuck. If outsourced to others, because it is external development, it needs a lot of communication, a lot of flexibility and iteration, and it is not so flexible and fast. In this study, I found that all learning and creation can come from tools and move towards tools. The essence lies in understanding and establishing efficient thinking.

Before learning the third order, there was no concept of * * * sharing knowledge base. In class, Teacher Ye specially popularized this concept with us, and automatically synchronized information through the management of the * * * sharing platform. The greater advantage is that after defining the management rules and standards, the second search of the overall information of the organization can be realized. I believe that partners who have learned the second level will have a deeper understanding. Knowledge base is also a good habit to encourage people to develop active information management. In the 5G era, we don't lack information, what we lack is the management of information.

In terms of tools, the carrier of communication-e-mail information interconnection is selected according to the application requirements, and evernote is recommended; The data in the document library can be enjoyed through nut cloud.

We combine the characteristics and concerns of the organization to build the overall architecture, and then set the roles and management rules of the architecture, including file naming rules. Special attention must be paid to the maintenance and organizational needs of knowledge management officers to ensure the gradual development of unified and standardized knowledge management concepts and systems within the organization. Without standards, any automation and intelligence are empty talk.

When the class showed signs of slacking off, the head coach made a decisive decision and launched an "ice-breaking operation" with great vigour. The so-called breaking the ice means breaking the original model and adding more incentive points plans. I hope everyone will regain the vitality and motivation of practice.

I'm impressed. At that time, it happened that our group presided over the class meeting. I know very well that the class Committee worked overtime until the early morning to do ppt for the ice-breaking operation. The color of ppt is dignified and burning, which has both the cruelty of artillery baptism and the incentive of high bonuses. The head coach solemnly asked everyone to face up to the difficulty and necessity of this action. We watched the dynamic sound effects of ppt together quietly at the tip meeting, and everything was exaggerated: we are launching a self-revolution, and we must rethink what our goal is and what attitude and way we will spend the remaining month.

Because the timely launch of the "action" makes the original active team more active, and even some teams are bound to take the first place. Each member has to pay the commitment money to express his determination to win the first place in the end. Break the ice, score points, start scoring in the morning, and everyone starts to compete for the first place. We are more United because of the same goal. In the "Good Morning Sharing" session, at first, everyone was encouraged to share, but sharing their feelings gave them a deeper understanding and links, and expanding the public quadrant gave them more trust and voice. Gradually everyone fell in love with sharing. From one game a day to three games a day.

At the same time, the team members who are loosely managed or even on the verge of dissolution, after integration, have entered an active team and given new vitality. Four new members of our group brought you three good morning shares, and one partner became the first in our group's personal total score, which is gratifying. She said that she was very grateful to join our group, and under the leadership of everyone, she unconsciously inspired her sense of responsibility, hoping that she could bring something to the organization while gaining energy. So, in the end, she was very surprised and won the first prize.

In our actual management work, we often encounter emotions, interference or resistance. At the critical moment, the team leader plays a key role, has vision and courage, grasps the general trend, and chooses whether to let the last breath relax and accept failure or low-level execution, or let the drums and thunder rekindle the fighting spirit. I still remember the head coach sharing her recent management experience. Because of her unsatisfactory performance, she deliberately launched a competition between the team and her peers, betting that the team with weak record would collectively dance belly dance. She said, burn with a smile or die of depression. When encountering difficulties, it is an effective way to stimulate potential by clarifying the difficulties and adding them to the bet of common goals.

According to research, 45% of people's behavior comes from habits. Therefore, the display of a person or even a team level is not a question of ability, but more of a question of habit.

From the beginning of practice, our team leader put forward clear rules and requirements: three frogs go to work every day, keep a work log after work, and punch in gold data points at the same time. These little tricks take no more than 10 minutes every day, but they have a sense of ceremony in their state. After punching in, the friends will consciously remind everyone in the group not to forget to punch in. Every Wednesday, the team leader takes the lead to finish the homework (later we know that the team leader works at home one day a week, which is Wednesday by the way). When doing homework, he found any problems and raised them to discuss with each other, thus reminding everyone to arrange to finish homework in disguise. On Thursday and Friday, the strong people handed out their homework one after another and asked each other questions in the group to discuss how to improve their homework. Several small partners will record the screen after completing the homework, or continue to work hard in the direction of excellent homework, and will also take the initiative to remind and guide the partners who have not handed in their homework. Unconsciously, an atmosphere of mutual encouragement and supervision is formed, and these are actually benign interactions formed by the gradual accumulation of daily micro-habits, without spending too much energy.

Micro-habit well explains the power of time and compound interest.

If you work harder every day and persist for a longer time (2 years and 730 days), the effect will change from 37.8 to 1427! Four digits! !

If you work harder every day (1.02) and persist for 2 years (730), the result will be 1, 897,253.60! ! It has risen to the million level! !

If you work a little more every day (1.03) and persist for 2 years (730 days), the result is: 2350574577.60! ! ! The data is amazing ... exciting!

Believe in the magic of time and compound interest! Starting today, develop micro-habits.

Think about what micro-habits you can develop personally. For example, read a page every day, do three flatbeds or 30 squats every day, wash your face and put on your home clothes every day when you get home (this will easily change your role and thinking), or say four words to your child every day: I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.

Personal micro-habits can often gain unexpected progress, and similarly, they may also have an impact on the surrounding environment.

A small piece of duckweed appeared in a pond, doubling every day. It is estimated that the whole pond will be full in 10 day. How many days does it take for this small duckweed to grow half of the water?

The answer is the ninth day.

In other words, on the ninth day, when you feel that you have only built half a pond, it is the dawn of success. It takes only one day to cover all the contents, which is unexpected, but it is also reasonable.

Think about it, what micro-habits do you want the team to develop? If you spend five minutes doing something every day and do it every day, what do you want it to be? For example, boil a pot of boiling water for the department after work, or say hello happily every day, plan to do a job with three frogs every day, or make a short work log before going to work.

So, have you decided on a plan of action? Please write it down at once and start at once.

The micro-habit exercises I have done for myself in the last 30 days are: exercise 15 minutes every day, read and punch in every day, and repeat after learning.

Everyone may feel the same way. For busy adults, especially business management or entrepreneurs, 90-day practice needs to face many uncertainties and various challenges. Many partners were very active at first, but unfortunately they didn't stick to it. Encountered unexpected events at work, encountered difficulties in starting a business, and the project reached a critical stage, making it difficult to give consideration to both. We had to put down the important but not urgent study first, so six friends in our group got off the bus. They are all excellent managers, but we can't go on without taking care of them. Their choice is understandable, but it reminds me more.

I remember that in the time investment law, time is divided into four categories: investment, consumption, waste and idle consumption. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of time use, one of the keys is to give priority to the "investment" time and set the occupied time frame, and then arrange the consumed time in turn, so as to minimize the wasted time and arrange the wasted time reasonably for adjustment.

Just like the story we often hear about putting stones, sand, water and salt in a bottle. We must prioritize in advance, put important things on the timetable in advance, and give priority to allocating our "investment appreciation time". It is possible to ensure that important things are implemented and take care of and adjust them. Because of planning in advance, let the important things be determined first, put them in front of the to-do list, and try to finish them in advance to cope with the impact of change.

Learning is a process. We take offline courses, participate in community practice, apply them to practice, extract them and share them with the outside world. In the end, we all want to learn something and apply what we have learned. Every study is a spiral process: learning->; Use-> Positive feedback->; Re-adjust->; Re-learn/improve-> Reuse-> Readjustment and promotion. Learning to answer questions and summarizing them in time is the foundation to help improve.

Perhaps, this resume will continue to be written, summed up in the study, thought in practice, and adjusted after thinking.
