Responsibilities of the position of remuneration specialist:

1. Responsible for handling and reviewing the procedures of employees' entry, resignation, regularization, post adjustment and salary adjustment;

2. Responsible for sorting, filing, statistics and preservation of employee personnel files;

3. Collect and summarize all kinds of salary data, formulate and declare the wages and bonuses of store employees to ensure accurate and timely payment;

4. Be responsible for docking with third-party labor service companies and coordinating employee labor contracts, social security, commercial insurance, industrial accident reimbursement and other related matters;

5. Be responsible for the statistics and analysis of store employees' performance, and regularly optimize the implementation of performance improvement plans;

6. Assist in formulating the salary system and performance system of the Group, formulate the salary performance management system and organize its implementation, evaluation and improvement;

7. Investigate the salary level in this region, and draft the company's salary policy reform proposal or the company's annual salary adjustment proposal report;

8. Salary data analysis and statistics, etc. , and complete the analysis report of labor cost and labor cost on time;

9. Complete other temporary work assigned by the leaders.
