Applicants who meet the accreditation requirements should pay attention to the notice published on the website of official website Municipal Government of Tianchang Municipal Bureau of Education and Sports, and complete online registration, on-site confirmation, physical examination and certificate collection within the specified time.
Second, the scope and object of identification
In the first half of 2020, Tianchang City recognized the qualifications of kindergarten teachers, primary school teachers and junior high school teachers for the society. Object is not up to the national statutory retirement age, to obtain the "primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificate" or meet the conditions of direct recognition, including:
(a) Tianchang household registration personnel;
(2) Persons with valid Tianchang residence permit;
(3) Full-time fresh graduates of Tianchang General Technical Secondary School;
(4) Full-time fresh graduates and full-time graduate students studying in ordinary universities outside the city and registered in Tianchang City (in principle, apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where the school is located for the corresponding qualification accreditation of primary and secondary school teachers, or apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where the household registration is located);
(5) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold a valid residence permit issued by the public security organ of Tianchang City, or a valid pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland, valid for five years, and who study, work and live in Tianchang City.
Three. Identify locations and organizations

Applicants can only choose one of the domicile, residence permit issuing place and school location (only for full-time fresh graduates of ordinary technical secondary schools in Tianchang City) to apply for accreditation.
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold the residence permit issued by Tianchang Public Security Bureau within the validity period and have no criminal record may apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in their place of residence. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold the Pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland within the validity period and the mainland travel permit for taiwan residents with a validity period of five years, and have no criminal record, can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers at the place where they take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers. The academic qualifications, other conditions and procedural requirements for applying for teacher qualification are the same as those for mainland (mainland) applicants.
(2) Certification bodies
The qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers are recognized by Tianchang Municipal Education and Sports Bureau.

(2) Online declaration. Those who meet the qualification examination conditions of the applicant and obtain the qualification certificate must log in to the "China Teacher Qualification Network" (www.jszg.edu.cn) within the time specified by the administrative department of education to apply for accreditation, and select the "teacher qualification accreditation applicant online newspaper entrance" for online registration and registration. In the process of online application, the applicant must download and print a personal commitment letter, which will be signed and photographed by himself and uploaded as required. No submission is required for on-site confirmation.
In the first half of 2020, the online registration time for teacher qualification certificate will be from June 29th to July 24th. Applicants should use their usual "email address" when registering in case they forget their password.
When applying for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers' qualifications, Tianchang Municipal Education and Sports Bureau is selected as the teacher qualification accreditation institution and confirmation point when registering online, and its application materials are accepted by the teacher qualification accreditation institution of the county (city, district) Education and Sports Bureau.
After the online registration is successful, the applicant downloads the Physical Examination Form for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Anhui Province, and goes to a second-class hospital organized by the government for physical examination. Physical examination time is usually arranged 10 days before on-site confirmation, and applicants must go to the physical examination hospital by themselves.
(3) On-site confirmation
After the online application is completed, the applicant should consult the announcement published on the website of the corresponding accreditation institution in time, and submit the relevant application materials to the on-site confirmation point designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution for on-site confirmation within the specified time.

The following materials shall be submitted for on-site confirmation:
(1) Original ID card (within the validity period).
(2) The original household registration book, or the original residence permit of Tianchang City, or the original student ID card; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents should provide valid residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, passports for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland, and the original mainland travel permit for taiwan residents valid for 5 years.
(1) Apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where the household registration is located and provide the original household registration book;
(2) Apply to the teacher qualification accreditation institution in the place where the residence permit is issued, and provide the original valid residence permit;
(3) Full-time graduates of ordinary technical secondary schools should provide the original student ID card with complete registration information when applying to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where the school is located.
(3) the original academic certificate; Full-time fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who have not yet obtained academic certificates shall provide the online verification report of the student status of the Ministry of Education and check and print it on Xuexin.com(/). Those who meet the application conditions will be admitted, and the corresponding teacher qualifications will be recognized after obtaining the graduation certificate. Full-time college graduates who have graduated and obtained academic certificates shall provide the original academic certificates.
If the applicant's higher education information can't pass the system comparison, the on-site confirmation needs to provide the China Higher Education Certification Report issued after checking by the Xuexin.com or the academic certification institution (the window of Anhui Education Department of the Provincial Government Affairs Service Center, tel: 055 1-62999735).
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications should also be submitted to the original certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education, and the original certificate of foreign academic qualifications issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education should also be submitted.
If it is impossible to compare the applicant's higher education information through the system, it is necessary to provide the academic transcripts issued by the academic affairs department of his school for on-site confirmation (the seal of the department is invalid).
(4) The original certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level.
At present, there is no validity period for applying for teacher qualification in Anhui Province.
(5) Participants in the national examination should provide the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers within the validity period inquired, downloaded and printed by China Education Examination Network (/).
Full-time teachers' college graduates who meet the requirements of direct recognition shall submit a copy of the graduate achievement registration form (including the qualified achievements in pedagogy and educational psychology during their studies) and the education and teaching practice appraisal form issued by the school management department, and affix the seal of the file management institution (department).
(6) The Physical Examination Form for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Anhui Province and the Physical Examination Form for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Anhui Province (Kindergarten) issued by hospitals above Grade II designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution (which can be downloaded and used in the website/data download column of Anhui Teacher Qualification Accreditation Guidance Center), the conclusions on the physical examination form should be clearly filled in as "qualified" or "unqualified" and stamped with the official seal of the medical examination hospital (the physical examination is valid at the same time).
(7) A recent 2-inch bareheaded color ID photo 1 photo (the same version as the online registration electronic photo, with name, ID number, teaching subjects, etc. indicated on the back. Used to apply for teacher qualification certificate).
(8) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for teacher qualification must submit proof of no criminal record.
The certificate of no criminal record shall be issued by the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. Among them, Hong Kong and Macao residents who need the assistance of the education administrative department to provide proof of no criminal record should contact the Anhui Teacher Qualification Guidance Center to issue it.
Among the above materials, if the applicant's academic credentials, the online verification report of full-time fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers and the level certificate of Putonghua proficiency test are filled in and verified by the teacher qualification management information system, relevant originals (or printed copies) are not required for on-site confirmation.
Especially after successful online registration, the applicant must bring the application materials to the site for confirmation, and the registration system will take effect. Any applicant who fails to make on-site confirmation shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
(4) Qualification determination
According to the evaluation opinions of the teacher qualification expert evaluation committee, the teacher qualification accreditation institution shall make a qualification conclusion within 30 legal working days from the date of termination of the application period and publicize it. During the evaluation, the applicant can log in to China Teacher Qualification Network to inquire about the current evaluation status and other information.
(5) Issuing certificates
The teacher qualification certificate will be issued before September 10 (see the announcement on the website of Tianchang Municipal People's Government for specific time and place).
Other matters of intransitive verbs
(1) Persons who meet the conditions of direct recognition refer to full-time normal students who have been studying and graduated at school as of 20 13, 12 and 3 1, and can directly apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers according to the original method. When applying for a teacher qualification whose teaching subjects are inconsistent with the majors studied, you must take the national teacher qualification examination.
(2) According to Article 7 of "Anhui Province Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination and Identification Policy Description Standard", applicants during pregnancy can be exempted from medical examination items that are not suitable for pregnant women. If other detectable items are qualified, they shall be deemed to have passed the physical examination, but the doctor in charge of the examination shall sign the pregnancy declaration on the physical examination form. When submitting the physical examination certificate, the applicant should attach the test report of positive pregnancy reaction or the file of perinatal examination.
