Article 97 The State implements a legal inquiry system for real estate registration information.

The obligee can inquire and copy the real estate registration information.

Interested parties involved in real estate transactions, inheritance, litigation, etc. You can query and copy the natural conditions of real estate, the seizure, mortgage, advance notice registration and objection registration of the obligee and his real estate.

Article 98 The obligee or interested party shall submit the following materials when applying for inquiring and copying the real estate registration materials:

(1) Inquiring about the application;

Article 101 An inquirer shall inquire about the real estate registration information at the place set by the real estate registration agency.

The original data of real estate registration shall not be taken away from the set place.

Inquirers should keep the real estate registration information intact when inquiring, and it is forbidden to lose, disassemble, exchange, extract or deface the registration information, and it is forbidden to damage the inquiry equipment.

Article 102 Inquirers may consult and copy the real estate registration materials. If the inquirer requests to copy the real estate registration information, the real estate registration agency shall provide a copy.
