District and county construction administrative departments shall be responsible for the supervision and management of the use of building materials within their respective administrative areas in accordance with the division of responsibilities. Article 4
This Municipality implements the information publicity system for important building materials. Article 7
Important building materials supply information publicity content:
(a) the name of the building material;
(2) specifications and models; (3) implementation standards;
(4) the name of the supplier;
(5) Sales telephone and website.
Article 8
Suppliers of construction engineering materials shall provide the following effective materials for information disclosure of important construction engineering materials:
(1) A copy of the business license and relevant certificates;
(two) the type inspection report of building materials;
(three) the power of attorney for the distribution of construction materials;
(four) the confirmation form of the construction engineering material production enterprise;
(five) building materials implementation standards.
The term "suppliers of construction materials" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to construction materials manufacturers and their authorized distributors.
The relevant certificates mentioned in these Provisions refer to the product production license, energy-saving product filing certificate and concrete enterprise qualification certificate that must be possessed in accordance with relevant regulations.
The implementation standards of building materials mentioned in these Provisions refer to the national, industrial or local standards of this Municipality; If the above standards are not formulated, it shall have the enterprise product standards and application technical regulations filed in the administrative department of construction of this Municipality.
