2. You can check party member's files, and their opinions can be found in the training form for activists joining the Party and the application form for joining the Party.
3. I don't know if my party introducer explained that there is a problem in the development of party member, at least it is not serious. Introducers need a lot of communication, including but not limited to guiding you to write an application for joining the party, helping to check materials and reporting your thoughts to them.
