The people's court is the national judicial organ in People's Republic of China (PRC). Its task is to try criminal cases, civil cases and administrative cases, punish all criminals and solve civil disputes through trial activities, so as to defend the dictatorship of the proletariat, safeguard the socialist legal system and social order, protect socialist property owned by the whole people and collectively owned by the working people, protect citizens' private legal property, protect citizens' personal rights, democratic rights and other rights, and safeguard the country.
The people's courts use all their activities to educate citizens to be loyal to the socialist motherland and consciously abide by the Constitution and laws.
The public security bureau undertakes the duties of public security organs: preventing, stopping and investigating illegal and criminal activities; Preventing and combating terrorist activities; Maintain public order and stop acts that endanger public order; Manage traffic, fire fighting and dangerous goods; Manage household registration, resident identity cards, nationality, entry and exit affairs and matters related to foreigners' residence and travel in China; Maintaining public order in border areas; Guard the specific personnel specified by the state and guard the important places and facilities; Manage assemblies, processions and demonstrations; Public information network security supervision and management; Guide and supervise the public security work of state organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions and key construction projects, and guide the public security prevention work of mass public security prevention organizations such as public security committees.
