Did you encounter any embarrassing things when renting a house?

Do you think you will meet some beautiful roommates in the rented house? Do you think roommates will have super powers? Let me tell you, it's impossible. When I graduated from college, I shared a room. I didn't encounter many embarrassing things in the rented house, but I encountered many bad things.

1, the co-tenant is unsanitary, and the rental house is often messed up by him alone.

In the first year after graduating from college, I stayed in the local area to work hard, and then shared with others to save money. At that time, we three boys shared a house with three bedrooms and one living room. The house is really much cheaper after three people share it. The monthly rent is only 1 100 yuan per person (first-tier cities, including property fees). I didn't expect that. The first thing I have to bear is that when I shared the room, I was a thief and sloppy. At that time, I didn't flush after going to the toilet, my clothes were littered in public areas, and I vomited when I was drunk, which really refreshed my understanding of sloppiness.

2. Sloppy men will snore besides spitting after drinking, but the sound insulation of the house can be said to be average.

We talked about that man's untidiness, and now I want to talk about his snoring after drinking. I can feel his snoring through the wall. Sometimes I really want to slap him with a brick, but I am a three-good young man after all, so I put up with it. Later, with the help of another person, I adjusted the position of the bed, and finally the snoring was reduced, and earplugs were added. Some people may ask me why this person is like this, and I still want to live in that house, because I was still young at that time, and I listened to the slanderers of the landlord and paid the rent directly for half a year (don't ask where the money came from, ask my parents for sponsorship). It is a waste for me to move out before the rent expires, and I don't have that high financial strength to allow me to find a new house.

3. The overall experience of renting a house for the second time will be much better than the first time.

With the experience of renting for the first time, I am more cautious about renting for the second time. I need to know what the co-tenant is like first, so as to prevent the scene of renting for the first time. But this time, it's okay. The roommates I met were friendly and didn't have the bad habit of drinking dirty, but the rental fee was a bit expensive this time, because this time it was shared by two people, and the sharing was on and off for almost a year, not long. Later, I rented my own house. Because I have a certain amount of working time and savings, I don't want to share a room with others, so it's more comfortable to live alone.

Now, I have paid off my mortgage, been admitted to an intermediate accountant, and gradually gained a foothold in this city. The only regret is that I am still single and haven't found the right person yet. My family urges me every day, but there is no way. You will always meet the right person in the future.

In the past few years when I rented a house, I did encounter many bad things, but I didn't encounter anything too embarrassing. If any partner has something embarrassing, everyone should write it down and have fun together.
