Article 5 Those who meet one of the following conditions and start a business or find employment in this Municipality may apply for moving their household registration into this Municipality: (1) High-level and highly skilled talents recognized or confirmed by this Municipality; (2) Persons with doctorates, doctorates or senior titles must be under 50 years of age; (3) Persons with master's degrees or master's degrees must be under 45 years of age; (4) Persons with full-time bachelor's degrees from domestic universities, foreign bachelor's degrees or intermediate titles must be under 40 years of age; (5) All kinds of technical and technical personnel who meet the following conditions at the same time: 1. Engaged in related occupations in the occupation catalogue of technical and skilled talents introduced from our city; 2. After obtaining the certificate or passing the examination, he has worked in this city and participated in social insurance for more than half a year; 3. Meet one of the following conditions: (1) Have the professional qualification of professional and technical personnel, and be under 40 years old; (two) with the professional qualifications of skilled personnel, with senior technicians under the age of 45, technicians under the age of 40 and senior workers under the age of 35; (3) Engaged in the work urgently needed by the industrial development of our city, and under the age of 40.
(six) innovative and entrepreneurial talents with outstanding ability and contribution, which are evaluated by market-oriented methods such as salary and investment and recognized by relevant departments; (seven) due to the overall relocation of the employer, project construction and other reasons, it is really necessary to move the household registration into our city, and with the consent of the provincial and municipal governments, clearly give the introduction of personnel; (eight) special personnel introduced by the provincial and central employers in Guangzhou; (nine) senior managers, technical backbones and talents in enterprises, project units, social organizations and other employers supported by our city; (ten) the introduction of personnel with special needs by state organs and institutions in this Municipality.
Article 6 The imported personnel who meet the conditions in Items (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) of Article 5 shall use the registered permanent residence as the guiding index of the plan. In line with Article 5 (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) of the conditions of the introduction of personnel, the need to use the total control indicators to enter the household, each year by the district, industry departments and employers according to the scale of introduction put forward the demand for total control indicators, and by the municipal development and reform department in the annual population plan to co-ordinate arrangements for household indicators.
