What national airworthiness certificates have c9 19 obtained?

Now C9 19 has signed bilateral air service agreements with 27 countries including Russia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil.

Liu, the project director of LEAP- 1C engine, predicts that C9 19 can obtain the t C from CAAC within two years. Gu Xin believes that mature companies like Boeing and Airbus can get it in two years, but C9 19 should not get t C in two years.

As the safety guarantee of aircraft, airworthiness certification is the most important. Any aircraft of any model produced by any manufacturer can only be put into operation after obtaining the airworthiness certificate issued by the airworthiness authority and passing the operation qualification examination or supplementary examination. Airworthiness certificate refers to the certificate issued by the airworthiness authorities to civil aircraft to prove that the aircraft is in a safe and available state according to the provisions on the qualification examination and approval of civil aircraft products and parts.

Article 37 A civil aircraft with People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality may fly only if it holds an airworthiness certificate issued by the competent civil aviation authority in the State Council.

Where a civil aircraft and its engines, propellers and equipment on board are exported, the manufacturer shall apply to the competent civil aviation authority of the State Council for an export airworthiness certificate. Those who pass the examination shall be issued with an export airworthiness certificate.

The leased foreign civil aircraft shall be examined and approved by the competent civil aviation authority of the State Council on the airworthiness certificate issued by the country where its original nationality is registered, or a new airworthiness certificate shall be issued before it can fly.

Provisions on airworthiness management of civil aircraft shall be formulated by the State Council.

Article 38 the owner or lessee of a civil aircraft shall use the civil aircraft according to the scope of use specified in the airworthiness certificate, do a good job in the maintenance of the civil aircraft, and ensure that the civil aircraft is in a seaworthy state.
