2. Because China has promulgated the Regulations on Direct Selling Management and the Regulations on Prohibiting MLM at the same time, its purpose is to crack down on MLM as always while opening and standardizing direct selling.
3. The Regulations on Direct Selling Management, adopted at the 10 1 executive meeting in the State Council on August/0, 2005, and implemented on February12005, clearly stipulates that:
Fifteenth direct selling enterprises and their branches shall not recruit the following personnel as direct sellers:
1. People under the age of 18;
2. Persons without or with limited capacity for civil conduct;
3. Full-time students;
4. Teachers, medical personnel, civil servants and active servicemen;
5. Formal employees of direct selling enterprises;
6. Overseas personnel;
7. Part-time employees are prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
The seventh item mainly refers to the staff of state organs and state staff. Including civil servants, staff of state-owned enterprises and institutions, judges, prosecutors, etc.
