The unused part will be returned in full, and the excess part will be paid by the dispatched workers. If the dispatched workers cannot be dispatched due to force majeure, the dispatched workers have no right to ask the enterprise to refund the paid fees.
5. In order to ensure the overseas laborers to perform the labor contract, the enterprise may collect an appropriate performance bond from the overseas laborers, require the overseas laborers to provide guarantors, and sign relevant commitment letters.
6. If the expatriate laborers fail to perform or violate the labor contract, or stay or go out, the expatriate laborers have no right to demand the refund of any fees, including the performance bond.
