As an executive, I recruited several Americans and two Dutch some time ago. Tell me about your experience here.

I was very anxious when I received this recruitment task. Ordinary channels can only recruit people from China, and the fees charged by big headhunting companies are too high. Through online search, three companies were finally locked.

Michael Page: The top headhunting company in Britain has an office in Beijing, which has a history of several decades, but the fees are too high, accounting for 25% of the annual salary, and no one with an annual salary of less than 500,000 will do it. The annual salary of foreigners recruited by our company is around 20, which is not enough for them.

Forex Beijing Consulting: The company's fees are ok, ranging from several thousand to annual salary 15%. I have been working for more than four years, and the scale is not large, but the staff are of good quality, fluent in English and very professional. The main reason is that they are fast and the people they recruit meet our requirements. The disadvantage is that the company is not big, about 10 people. You can't do too many projects, and sometimes you have to queue up.

CRCCASIA: This company can recruit foreign interns, but they are all short-term from/kloc-0 to 2 months, and they have little experience. The recommended people are very handsome, but these interns have been in China for a short time and are not suitable for any long-term positions.

Many other universities also recommend foreigners. These universities charge foreigners and help them find jobs. It's really wicked. These universities. And the efficiency is extremely low. I contacted several universities in Beijing. Either I can't find anyone, or I went to eat at noon. When I come back at three, you still can't find anyone. The people you deal with are very nice, but what's the use of not helping?
