In order to fully implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and thoroughly implement the "Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Examination Enrollment System", our school will continue to carry out the enrollment work of self-improvement plan in 2022 around the talent selection concept of "comprehensive evaluation, multiple selection, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and promoting fairness", combined with its own school-running characteristics and talent training needs.

I. Institutions and principles

Tsinghua University Admissions Office, under the leadership of Tsinghua University Admissions Leading Group, is responsible for the organization and implementation of enrollment work.

Self-improvement plan enrollment identification and admission work in accordance with the principles of comprehensive evaluation, fairness and justice, quality and quantity to determine the selection list, by the school discipline inspection and supervision departments to supervise the whole process, accept social supervision.

Second, the recruitment target and application conditions

Mainly for remote, poor, ethnic minority counties (including county-level cities) and high schools below the county level to recruit rural students who are self-reliant, have both ability and political integrity, are diligent and eager to learn, and have excellent grades. The specific implementation areas shall be determined by the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). Applicants must meet the following three basic conditions at the same time: (1) Meet the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination in 2022; (2) I have a household registration with my father or mother or legal guardian in the rural areas of the implementation area, and I have been registered in the local area for more than 3 years; (3) I have been studying in the county high school where my household registration is located for three consecutive years and actually studied. The qualification examination of applicants' household registration and school status shall be completed by all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions).

III. Enrollment Major and Enrollment Plan

In 2022, the enrollment of our school's self-improvement plan is not less than the enrollment scale of special plans for ordinary colleges and universities stipulated by the Ministry of Education. The subject types and corresponding preliminary examination subjects are as follows:

Fourth, the registration method

Please log in to the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform Registration System" (/gxzxbm), fill in the registration form accurately and completely as required, and print, sign, scan or upload photos.

1. Application types and voluntary reporting requirements

A. Students need to select "College Special" in "Enrollment Type" and "Self-improvement Plan" in "Application Type".

B. Students can apply for subject types without being restricted by their own liberal arts disciplines, and each person is allowed to fill in up to 3 professional categories.

2. Requirements for filling in the application form

Please fill in and submit the application materials online according to the following requirements. Failure to fill in and submit the application as required will be deemed invalid, and the application materials need not be mailed.

A. The "achievement information" in the application form should be filled in completely, and it should be audited and stamped by the middle school to prove the true achievement.

B. The "comprehensive information" in the application form should be filled in item by item, and the scanned copies or photos of the corresponding certification materials should be uploaded.

In the column of "Comprehensive Information"-"Social Activities Participated in Senior Three", you can fill in: scientific research, literary creation, innovative design, study and practice, etc. Participate in high school; Volunteer service, community activities and student work of schools or classes in senior high school.

In the column of "Comprehensive Information"-"Award-winning record during high school", you can fill in the following contents: the situation of winning prizes in academic competitions at or above the provincial level during high school; Personal honor at or above the school level in high school; I have expertise in literature and sports.

Please refer to the instructions for the filling method of "Comprehensive Information".

C the "reasons for applying for major" in the application form is only for the first major that students voluntarily apply for.

D the "personal statement" in the application form should clearly state the students' family and economic status, study and growth experience, main deeds, personal ideals and reasons for applying for our school.

E. referees who know the actual situation and special deeds of students can write at most 1 letter of recommendation, which needs to be completed and uploaded according to the requirements in the registration system.

1. Preliminary evaluation: Our school will organize an expert group to conduct preliminary evaluation. The expert group will comprehensively evaluate the students' family economic status, self-improvement spirit, high school learning development characteristics and the whole process performance, including their usual academic performance, academic awards, participation in extracurricular research or study, participation in social work/community activities/social practice/voluntary public welfare activities, comprehensive awards and outstanding deeds, personal statements and recommendations, etc.

The preliminary evaluation results are divided into three grades: excellent, passing and failing. "Excellent" students can go directly to the second interview without the initial test. Students who "pass" can take part in the preliminary examination, and students who "fail" cannot enter the subsequent assessment and evaluation links. The preliminary evaluation results will be announced in the registration system and publicized according to relevant requirements. The preliminary evaluation results will take effect after publicity without objection.

2. Initial test: Students who pass the initial evaluation need to take the initial test organized by our school. The preliminary examination is in the form of written examination, and the examination subjects are: mathematics and logic, science foundation (materialization synthesis) or liberal arts foundation (literature and history synthesis). Students take two of the exams according to the reported subject types. According to the results of students' preliminary examination, our school will determine the list of students who passed the preliminary examination by province and subject. The preliminary test results will be announced in the registration system.

3. Re-examination: Re-examination includes but is not limited to comprehensive interview and physical fitness test. The re-examination results will be announced in the registration system.

4. Identification: The identification results of self-improvement plan enrollment will be announced in the registration system after discussion and approval by the enrollment leading group of our school, and will be publicized according to relevant requirements. The determination results shall take effect after being publicized without objection.

Methods and preferential policies for identifying intransitive verbs

1. Our school will give preferential recognition to students' self-improvement plan according to their initial evaluation, initial test and re-examination, and the specific reduction or exemption will be determined by the leading group for enrollment work of our school.

2. Obtaining the college entrance examination scores of accredited students (including policy bonus points) shall not be lower than the admission control scores of the first batch of the same subject in this province (the provinces that merge undergraduate batches shall be subject to the corresponding special type control scores separately designated by this province). When filling in the college entrance examination volunteers, you should fill in the corresponding batches in this province, and the professional volunteers you fill in should be consistent with the recognized subject types.

3. Accredited students may be invited to attend the following special training courses:

(1) Arrange work-study positions for students, exercise their practical ability and improve their comprehensive quality at work, and reduce the study pressure and family burden;

(2) Arrange special study and development guidance for students to help them adapt to university study and life smoothly;

(3) Provide excellent alumni as personal mentors to guide students' personal development.

4. The preferential score line determined in the self-improvement plan refers to the final simulated investment line of a group of undergraduate students in each province (or the corresponding batch specified by each province) when enrolling students in the college entrance examination, and the final simulated investment line is calculated and generated by the provincial admissions office of the source of students. The preferential scores of students in the provinces that reformed the college entrance examination will be converted as appropriate, and the conversion method will be notified separately.

5. There is no written agreement on the results of our school's self-improvement plan in 2022, and the results and explanations published by the registration system will be the final basis for admission to the self-improvement plan. Please read it carefully.

Seven. Schedule

From April 2022 1 1 to April 25, 2022, the self-improvement plan will be registered.

The preliminary evaluation results will be announced around May 30, 2022, and students can check in the registration system.

The initial test will be held around June 2022 1 1 (the specific test time is subject to the admission ticket for the initial test).

June 2022 15-18, re-examination (the specific examination time is subject to the announcement in the registration system).

The results were announced and publicized on June 22, 2022, and students can check in the registration system.

1. Our school will attach great importance to the standardized management of self-improvement plan enrollment, and seriously investigate the discipline and responsibility of self-improvement plan enrollment. Strengthen the management of assessment process and improve the enrollment decision-making mechanism; Conscientiously implement the responsibility of self-improvement plan enrollment supervision, and strengthen the supervision of the whole process of registration, assessment and admission.

2. Students should provide true and accurate application materials in good faith. If there are false contents or major facts that may adversely affect students, once verified, their qualifications will be immediately cancelled, and the provincial entrance examination institutions where the students are located will be notified; Those who have entered the school will be cancelled according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our school, and the graduation certificate and degree certificate found after graduation will be cancelled. Middle schools should carefully verify the materials distributed. If there is fraud, our school reserves the right to take relevant measures.

3. There is no charge for the registration and test of our school's self-improvement plan. Students who have difficulties in exams due to family economic reasons can apply for grants from our school. Please see the attachment for the application form.

4. The assessment scheme of self-improvement plan will be adjusted according to the situation of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in Beijing, and the specific assessment forms and examination links will be subject to the follow-up notice of our school.
